Happy early July 4th Nerds!!!! (and happy summer or winter to our international friends!) Taking a much needed beach weekend break. Still have the portal in tow but we will see if I get some down time. Still trudging along on Dredge, noticed there are a few DLC's so that will keep me busy for the rest of next week (PTO!) Also still playing Fortnite, it's a fun little drop in game as I switch my focus to the Nerdiness of fishing and rotting on the beach. I will 100% watch jaws this weekend, I did just watch it for the 51st anniversary while building some Lego, but it's one of those movies I can watch repeatedly, not a moment of wasted time in that film, anyway, happy 4th Nerds and happy 250th birthday to America, even though it's not the best of times to be celebrating, but I digress. What are you Nerds up to this weekend?!?!?

Yeah, it's the wrestling episode of the year. The first one. And sure you may go into the comments and complain that there's a ton of wrestling episodes of this show from this year but the fact of the matter is your wrong and we're right to shine a spotlight on the voice of the voiceless, the man who turns a microphone into a pipe bomb and for a short period of time reignited the love of professional wrestling in many a lapsed fan. Every fan of every fandom chases those moments when the thing we love is as good as we always thought it could be and CM Punk and WWE programming provided that until they quickly decided they didn't have to do that anymore.

What up Nerds! Stoked for this episode, can't wait to listen, I'm deep in travel with sport WiFi, so let me know what you thought of the episode! My entire frame of reference for wrestling comes from 1997-1999, stoked to see what the gents have to say! Later Nerds

I live a couple hours from LA, and my family was gracious enough to get up early and drive to Santa Monica for the new TMNT pizza shop. I was 3rd in line at 9:30am. Not only did I meet some great fans in line, but the place is fantastic, tons of detail poured into it. And yes, I thought the pizza was amazing. I was worried it would be all gimmick and average food, but I was wrong. Super legit NY style pizza! Also got the turtles themed mocktails! Made for a great Father's day!

Dredge has consumed me!!! This game slaps, not sure if it's the widows bay vibes I'm getting, the addictive fishing mechanism or just the passive way you can play while listening to a podcast or watching something. Speaking of podcasts, geeked out over LPOTL Stephen King/Joe King interview, they just seem like wholesome dudes. FROM ends Sunday, penultimate episode made up for some of the slower pacing of previous episodes with some big reveals, no spoilers. Tickets for Supergirl are secured, I'm not going to pass judgement until I've seen it, despite the reviews it's getting. Fortnite continues strong with some unvaulted weapons, so far a good season. Retro gaming with Sonic Adventure on Dreamcast, and Episode I racer on N64
