Hey everyone, I’m looking for a place to rent out a room or reserve space for 60 people for my rehearsal dinner for my wedding. Most of our family is out of state hence the large amount of people. ( we do have two people that are gluten free and one that’s a vegan coming so if any places have options to accommodate that would be awesome!)

what would be a reasonable rent for a two bedroom historic old home on the hill in Floyd's knobs? It's an old house, probably 100 years old, and probably has outdated fixtures and appliances. Give me your ballpark on what something like that would rent for please.

What are the better apartment complexes in NA/Jeff? Budget being around 1300-1400/ month and pet friendly.

I made a post a few days ago about looking for apartment recommendations in the New Albany/Jeff area. Thank you to those who responded! Below I have a list of me and my husband‘s favorites after looking online for a while. We want a 2 bedroom for under 1300 and pet friendly. We would also prefer to have in unit laundry.
