Been ordering boots from Nicks for a long time. I have 8 boots with different lasts and builds and have two more in the queue waiting to be built. I tend to change my order or second-guess myself and email or call in with questions constantly. I just changed my order for the leather on my 1925 build from the beach and my service was a little bad and it was probably a little loud, but Adam, the customer service member, was amazing, super helpful and understanding. Obviously Nick’s boots quality is top flight, but their customer service is also top flight, and that’s a big reason I choose to be part of the Nick’s family. Top flight in every aspect.
