Wanna hear your impressions.

I don’t like first two artifacts they seem odd and useless. The third one is pretty awesome though, that’s basically a second charge for your hero, that can be done outside of someone’s engagement range. Teleport a hero, then shoot someone, to lower their hp. Now your hero can another chance to charge someone if you won’t roll 9 on first one. Or you can double charge someone, or leave dangerous unit charged you

Crimes of condemned really cool. All cost 10 points. If you play with legends you can give Defamers to briar queen and give her and any mages around +1 to cast. This also frees an enhancement slot for our hero

Backstabbing betrayers can be given to cavalry for another +1 attack. Pretty ok I think

Cowards and Deserters are rad. For one rage dice you can fight and then leave combat. Every fight phase. I think this is really cool

SoA Black coach is the same as soggy ifaik

New Spirit hosts look great, -1 to hit and +1 damage to a hero seems really cool and more impactful than +1 to ward I think

Can someone please help a guy understand the difference (if there even is one) between the black coaches??

I’ve circled around Warhammer in general for a while. Mainly following lore, a couple content creators, and have a few necrons that are in varying stages of hobbying. Overall the hobby just felt like such a huge time and money investment I haven’t really jumped in and just kept moving around it. Then I heard AoS is cheaper (comparatively) and looked about at Nighthaunt. I don’t really have anyone else I know to play with, the closest I’d get is one buddy who hates spending money so the time and money investment would be me getting a second army which I’m not against but kinda eh. Given all this I’m looking at two entry points and want your guys’ opinion. I like the pyregheist war cry box, they look like really cool models. But I’ve also heard they’re not worth that many points if used for mainline AoS so they’re kinda expensive in that sense. Alternatively I’m looking at the Spearhead. The models look good as well and it would be a better start to a full army but it’s a higher upfront cost and the more models does end up creating more of a pile of shame if I don’t get them done. So which should I pick?

Hello everyone

As the title says I seek the advice of the masses to make a list with the best chances against a Blades of Khorne player who will be bringing Skarbrand and a Bloodthirster. He is the person who introduced me to Warhammer and had a Meltdown about Lady Olynder when I played her for the first time against him. He recently mocked her, and thus I need to make sure I win against him. There'll also be a SoB player, but I mostly care about winning against the Khorne guy.
Alas I do not play often enough to have a good feel for list building, I also haven't been able to play any real good games of 2K as Spearhead has been the default game at my LGS
