Obvious insider selling

Can we still trust the c suite of NU with the obvious insider selling a few days before announcing a huge earnings miss?

Why the stock is falling so hard?

I am just trying to get my head around this issue. Everything about the company is solid and while the earnings are tomorrow instead of seeing the stock rallying up, it is tanking to the hell.

Any idea?

$NU Q1 2026 Earnings Are Coming - Here's What Analysts Expect!

Nu Holdings reports Q1 2026 earnings on May 14th, after market close. Here's what the street is expecting:

Revenue: $4.97B (+53% YoY) — up from $4.86B last quarter

EPS: $0.20 (+82% YoY) — up from $0.18 last quarter

Customers: 136.4M (+15% YoY) — up from 131M last quarter

These would be absolutely MONSTER numbers. For context, last year they grew revenue 39% YoY and grew total customers 15%. This company grows like a startup, but with a $60B+ Market Cap.

Still trading at ~17-18x forward P/E while growing EPS at 80%+ YoY...

You guys adding, holding or trimming going into earnings?

Why the sentiment is so bad here? 30% from ath, is it good entry?

Hey,
Why the sentiment for NU has reverted recently? It’s because of USA market or bad MELI results ? Do you guys still buy or wait ?
Cheers!

Thoughts on upcoming earnings?

Hey guys, I'm pretty bullish here. Fundamentals are still solid, customer growth in Mexico and Brazil keeps climbing, and the US expansion (Nubank NA) is still ahead of us as a major catalyst.

What are you guys expecting? Revenue beat? Any thoughts on credit quality?
