Vegas trip coming up.

Partner and I have a Vegas trip coming up soon and we’re wondering about the situation of Qua vs Mandalay.

Gender separation and nudity is paramount to our enjoyment of the spa facilities.

Does anyone have any input they’d be willing to share? I have searched for reviews but I know with recent renovations at Qua the reviews might not be as current.

Thank you!

Spa Amenities...Rotation

Hey all, I just got back from the Spa. I typically start in the Steam Room, head into the sauna, back to steam and Jacuzzi. I follow this rotation for a few hours. What is your routine like?

Las Vegas recommendations

Need recs for a spa for my wife and I. A place that women enjoy. I would like nude on the men’s side. I’ve read through some reviews but not many mention the women’s side. TIA!

The Spa at Virgin Las Vegas

Where: The Spa at Virgin Las Vegas

Day Pass Fee: $60

Clothing Optional: YES

Nude/Non-Nude Ratio: 50/50

The Spa at the Virgin Hotel is located not far off the Strip and is formerly known as the Hard Rock Hotel. I never had the chance to check out the Hard Rock spa before the hotel got re-modeled and re-branded but it appears they have only updated the lounge areas and the wet areas have not been touched. The lounge areas are fun and vibrant and the furniture looks brand new. The wet areas have some minor signs of wear which leads me to believe the wet areas have not been updated. There are separate women's and men's wet areas as well as a co-ed lounge and wet area with a warm pool. The gender separated areas are clothing optional and each have a lounge with a selection of beverages. The wet area includes a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The sauna is very small and would get awkward with more than two people. The steam room is a decent size but extremely loud when the pipe starts pumping the steam in. The room gets hot fast and the steam is so thick you can barely see in front of you. The jacuzzi was nice and hot but the wet area would really benefit from having a few chairs or a bench to sit on. The only seating is in the lounge up front near the attendants desk and it's not really an area I would want to sit in while dripping wet with a towel. The wet area isn't very big so I have no idea where they would put any seating. It also appears to never be very busy so I suppose there is no reason for any chairs. The co-ed area has a large warm pool and several seating options around the pool. The design aesthetic and lighting of the co-ed area is a bit different than the gender separated wet areas. It's too bad they couldn't carry that same vibe over. The co-ed area, wet area and lounges aren't cohesive but it's not a deal breaker and probably not noticeable to the average guest. The hotel is small compared to the mega resorts up the street which means the spa is easily accessible. It was nice not having to walk a half mile through a smoky casino to get to the spa. If you're staying at the hotel it's the most convenient spa facility and worth checking out. I could also see people killing time here before a flight since the airport is five minutes away. But at the end of the day there are so many spas on the Strip there isn't a reason to venture off to the Virgin Hotel unless you want some peace and quiet or you want to save some money.

Male nude spa in NYC?

Any recommendations for a men’s spa in manhattan, ie one with communal showers, nudity allowed, sauna/hot tub etc?

I heard about Russian and Turkish baths but it only has men’s day on Thur and Sunday.

Mandalay to Qua in Vegas

I will be in Vegas for a conference in early August and want to hit a spa. Complete nudity, steam, hot tub and showers are all a must for me. I like a bit of a cruisy vibe as well, but not full on cruise like a gay bathhouse. Will Mandalay or Qua be better for me?

Mandalay Bay Vegas

Do you have to be a guest of the hotel to get into the spa at MB? I'm staying at Ceasars and have a reservation at qua already, but didn't see an option for a day pass at MB without staying there

Wynn Vegas 7/17

I will be at the wynn spa on 7/17 most of the afternoon. Company is welcome!
What can I expect dress code wise? The encore seems to be closed those dates due to renovations, what are the amenities like at the Wynn?
