We, the Sovereign Individuals of Tomorrowland, establish this Constitution to create a government whose sole purpose is to protect the rights of the individual, ensuring justice and liberty in a society grounded in voluntary cooperation and free enterprise.

Section 4. Innovation, competition, and enterprise shall flourish without coercion.
Section 1. Education and healthcare are private matters subject to individual choice and market provision.
Section 2. Government shall not mandate or finance education, healthcare, or social welfare programs.
Section 3. Responsibility for personal welfare lies with the individual or voluntary associations.
Section 1. Immigration is a matter of individual rights and voluntary association; all individuals have the freedom to enter and reside in Tomorrowland.
Section 2. The only requirement for entry is that a person does not come as an armed aggressor against Tomorrowland.
Section 3. Armed aggression means arriving with a nuclear weapon, a tank, or any other military force pointed at Tomorrowland, firing bullets at Tomorrowland, or carrying biological weapons for use against Tomorrowland.
Section 4. Anyone who comes without such aggression is welcome.
