It’s really really hard to release a game on meta quest right now if it’s not a free gorilla tag copy. I’m not quite sure I understand it, I know the meta ecosystem is a lot of kids, but there are a lot of adults too! They just don’t seem to want to buy games 🥺🥺. We spent a lot of time working on Daumier. (Like ALOT!) one recent Reddit commenter suggested we do a buy one get one (similar to “It takes two”) because it’s a coop puzzle game. So as we get ready to launch, we decided for the first month we will give a free copy to those who buy it, so they can give it to their friends and they can play together. The Meta backend is definitely not set up to do this, so we have to do it manually, but I feel like it’s worth it to get people in there. It’s a different type of game than you’re used to seeing. It takes place inside of a series of oil paintings, which is evidence by the art style. You work with your partner to uncover bits of the story, as you progress you learn more about what’s happening. I'm trying to sell my quest 2 for about $200 since I have the elite strap with battery on it. I live in a small town so I'm having trouble getting any local interest. Any tips to get it sold as I'm trying to get some money toward a PS5?

Ive heard about the discontinuation of the quest2. So what will actually happen?

Hey, does anyone want to link up and play VR with me? I have a Meta Quest 2. I love playing Green Hell! Mostly, the only people I encounter on the game are kids lol. It would be cool to have someone at my skill level to play with! Let me know if anyone is interested!

I have two meta quests and a Mac mini - I run a charity Halloween event and I want to be able to do lay a short 2 min YouTube vr video simultaneously to each headset for kids to sit down abd enjoy a little jump scare - us thus doable? HIW hard would it be??
