Image 2 — Ugh.....wtf.

Ugh.....wtf.

So, I'm going to try and be rational while I type, and I apologize for making this post. I'm really sorry for posting this if it's not meant to be heard. I'm just really upset and annoyed.

Today, I received an email telling me the Odin 3 ultra is permanently canceled. I haven't gotten a single email or update from Ayn. I've had to send a few request or messegs to them before they finally emailed me. The first email they sent was telling me to "wait a bit longer." "Orders are being arranged." The second email said to disregard the first email and told me the ultra is canceled and I will not be receiving mine. Downgrade or refund.

Here and other places around the internet, others are receiving their Ultra from later batches. I've been waiting for 4 months.

I want to be very angry and leave them hundreds of emails. Why am I not receiving mine when everyone else is? I made jokes here before that they didn't like me and are bullying me, but now the joke isn't funny. I'm not trying to be a victim, but sheesh, this sucks. Oh, and I have to wait in line again if I downgrade, so yeah.

This whole thing really killed my excitement for my first handheld and real hard push into emulation. I feel idk. I'm not sure if I should downgrade or get a refund. I'm not sure if I should stand my ground and demand they dilver on what I paid for.

Sorry about this post. I need help and advice. I do apologize if this isn't the right space or time.

Just got my Odin 2 Portal… this thing is a massive beauty 🔥

Just joined the Odin fam. Sorry @jerkygeek i thought you had the odin 2 portal too 😅

And yep I am using a fanny pack for a case for now.

But Damn, this screen of Odin 2 portal looks incredible, the ergonomics feel great, and I already know I’m going to sink countless hours into indie Steam games and retro gaming on this handheld.

Still setting everything up, but first impressions are honestly amazing. The performance, OLED screen, and overall build quality exceeded my expectations.

Can’t wait to start loading up all my favorites. 🎮

What are the games you’d recommend on the Odin 2 Portal?

Question about Odin 2 Portal offical TPU grip: it feels loose?

The Odin 2 Portal TPU grip just arrived today and I was excited to put it on my Odin 2 Portal but I was disappointed to find out that the case feels very loose? Like the width is a bit bigger than the device and doesn't fit snugly. I'm contemplating to put some glue along the top and bottom of my device to make the case fit.

Is it how the official grip supposed to be or my product is defective?

EDIT: video showing the my grip - https://streamable.com/pmzd6j

Odin, the one I'd keep, hbu?

I had this Odin 2 Portal Pro for a while now, and I always think, would this be the one I would keep if I had to let go my consoles collection?

And in terms of playability, yes. I can emulate the games that formed me as a gamer and then some.

Will thid be the console you'd keep?

If not, which one?

OdinTools still recommended?

I see videos from a couple years back of people recommending this app. I just got an Odin 2 portal and downloaded it through Obtainium. But I saw someone else saying that they removed it because it was bad now? Idk. Just curious if it’s something I should be using. I have it set up for limiting the battery at 80% because I’m not finding that option anywhere else (unlike the Thor)

Debating getting the Odin 2 Portal instead of a Switch 2

My main goal is to find something to download games instead of streaming so I can play on the go. I'm not trying to spend $1000 on these crazy priced PC handhelds. I was looking into the Max version of the Odin 2 Portal with 16gb/1tb and was wondering if the device would be good enough to play games like Dark Souls 1-3 and Fallout 4. I don't play too many newer AAA games. I was debating getting a Switch but I'm not too crazy about many Nintendo games aside from Pokémon and Mario Kart.

What are the odds the Odin 2 Portal Base model goes back in stock?

Was kinda wanting to make an impulse buy and grab the Base Odin 2 Portal but it's currently out of stock. Has it been frequently going in and out of stock? Just wondering what the odds are that it goes back in stock.. I'll keep refreshing the page for the next few days..

Buy Odin 2 Mini or Odin 2 portal base?

Hey everyone,

There is an Odin 2 mini pro for sale at 275 USD. I wanted to know if it'll be a good idea to buy it second hand when I've seen some battery posts here. Is the risk worth it? (The Mini looks to be in good shape, the screen doesn't look pushed out)

I want to run light pc games like Hades, Hollow Knight, Stardew Valley and similar. I have a PC with a 9070xt so I don't need the performance.

I wanted to ask you all what the consensus is, buy the Odin 2 mini pro or buy the portal 2 base. Mainly the 8gb Vs 12gb for gamehub is why I'm asking too.

Save up and buy the Odin 3 max? I also have a OnePlus 12 pro with a Snapdragon gen 3. It seems that going 8 elite is the smarter option.

Thank you

Most demanding game

As the title says, what is the most demanding game you've achieved to play specifically on Odin 3? And when I say achieve to play is to play smooth and without problems, not running a game at 3fps

Custom Buttons Are So Nice

Got some PS style buttons from this seller on etsy (PortablePlayPalace) and they feel great! It’s a gloss finish just like the buttons on the PS Vita. & removing the glue from the stock buttons makes pressing feel so much better. I think he also plans to make a dpad soon. I’ll instantly buy. Install was a bit scary at first but I got the hang of it now.

The Dev is happy for me to announce that X360 Mobile will be publicly available on May 31th, only on the official website.

Official website - www.x360mobile.com

Typo on the release date. It should read May 31st !!

Would the Odin work for me?

Looking to play Hades 2, Silksong, Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, and Breath of the Wild. I want to run it 60fps and higher resolution if possible. I also prefer larger screen size usually. Haven’t had a handheld since my 3DS. Mostly for travel. What are my best options budget wise with these parameters?

Both positive and mixed review of the Odin 3

I'd like to hear your opinion on the heating issues with the Odin 3.
I'm extremely satisfied with this machine, especially since I started using Cluster Tune, which underclocks the CPU and significantly reduces the device's heat.
That said, I still feel some frustration at having paid $490 for a device and having to throttle it instead of using it at its full potential.
I wonder if other users feel the same way.

Odin 2 Mini Seemly dead screen

Hey, I've read some other posts about this, but what's happening for me is that while playing, the screen went black, came back on, then went black and stayed black. Connecting to an external display, everything seems to work fine.

I tried long-holding the power button, and the unit powers down after 10s. I can repeatedly power it down and up with no improvement to the screen.

I opened it up and it doesn't look like the ribbon cable is seated incorectly- I'm a little hesitant to mess around with it too much though.

Mostly I'm just really bummed, it's only a few months out of warranty and I can't replace it since the mini is discontinued.

Odin 2 max

Hey everyone, I'm new to the emulation game.

My Odin 2 max is arriving tomorrow.

I had ordered an RP6 but cancelled it after the wait.

I've watched the retro game corps set up video and I've got my SD card ready.

Any tips or anything I should be aware of?
