Helldivers 2 runs pretty good on the new DroidDeck app

Sorry about the poor quality video, I had to record using my phone in one hand. Kinda prefer this to ArmadaOS because of the access to clustertune and fan curves etc. Running at 720p ,steam deck preset, performance resolution scaling, light clustertune underclock and max 80% fan speed. I had to use the bannerlator proton (arm64) compatibility option to get it running. Way easier than gamenative etc, I was never able to get this to run at all with those.

Not looking great for my AliExpress Nova

it's been sitting on awaiting flight for three days now. I order quite a lot of AliExpress.and never had it awaiting flight for longer than a day before. anyone had a similar issue? seems suspiciously like it has not made its flight.

It was consolidated with a bunch of other stuff too so not sure if this could cause it?

Empty console directories being added to library

I use the ES-DE folder naming convention and have not had issues before I moved my ROMs to a larger SD card. Since moving all of ROMs across to the new SD card, iisu adds every single system that has a folder into my library. Anyone know a way around this without having to manually remove hundreds of folders?

My attempt at a Dbrand Killswitch for my Odin 3

Thought I would try out this AliExpress case with a stand because I love the stand on my Ally X Killswitch. The 3D printed front cover I have fits it too.

Honestly I think the official grip feels nicer though. Will probably go back to using it.

Giving a shoutout to this DPAD mod 3D print file

I know this mod is nothing new and can be done in a few different ways, but I printed the below TPU spacer for my rotate and I just wanted to share how happy I am with the mod. i don't even really play any games where accidental diagonals are an issue but I wanted to change out the shoulder buttons, so I thought why not do this mod while I have the device open. the DPAD feels so much nicer now, super happy with the overall feel. it feels much firmer and less spongy, highly recommended!

Bought a quieter fan for my Odin 3 but it doesn't fit

So after seeing others on here discussing the fan replacement on Odin 3, I thought I would give it a try. The model people suggested might work was SEPA HY45T-05A.

Well, it arrived yesterday and I can confirm that it doesn't fit unfortunately. The mounting screw holes don't line up and it's a slightly different shape overall. The gauge of wire is also much thicker than the stock fan. I had planned to hopefully pop the crimps out of the existing connector and swap the stock connector onto the new fan but it's not possible. The stock connector is so tiny, it doesn't appear to have any crimps at all. I am no expert, but looks like the wires would need to be cut and the stock wires soldered to those on a new fan.

I thought it was worth a try though because the fan was quite cheap. Unfortunately I cannot see this model of fan working. I thought I would share my experience here in case anyone else was wanting to try it.

As in title, if I have my brightness set very low in a dark environment, the lock screen comes on full brightness until the screen unlocks. Is there any way to avoid this? I fear for my retinas!
