I just wanted to shout out some love and appreciation to all the Oingo Boingo fans who post in here. The vibes are always great in here. Being a fan from way back in the late 1900s, when I see the posts in here, it just makes me happy to see how many people still love the band and their music.
What’s the song that you listen to after a hard day of work / school or the song that helped/helping you through hard times. Or just the song that makes you feel human. Me personally I would have to go just another day, skin, private life, and good for your soul .

It's a recording of a two part radio show from San Diego in 1985.
Two hours of music interspersed with clips of an interview with Danny and Johnny Vatos.
This was a fantastic listen with a little jazz cigarette. Made me feel like I was back in time.
Finally got my hands on an original 1982 NTF vinyl from the European release. Since I got my record player this has been a must own for me.
Interestingly I noticed the version of Private Life sounds slightly different to the digital version I’m familiar with. Particularly on the sections leading into the chorus there’s a part that repeats and some lines in the chorus with Danny’s vocals dropping out and only the backing vocals present.
Does anyone know anything about this version? Every other track is otherwise identical to the digital version.
