I'm 35F, and lately I've been feeling incredibly sad, overwhelmed, and just completely lost. Like the ground has been pulled out from under my feet, and I have no idea where to go from here.

Sometimes I just wish life would slow down a little. That there weren't so many problems to deal with, so many things to worry about, and that people wouldn't hurt each other so much. I wish things could be a little easier, even just for a while.

I'm tired of feeling this way, and I guess I just miss feeling happy and at peace with life.

Has anyone else ever felt this kind of sadness and uncertainty? That awful feeling of not knowing where you're going, what you're supposed to do, or how to make things better?

I'd really like to talk to someone who understands, even if it's just to share experiences or have a normal conversation.

Life gets a little more interesting when you have someone to share the little things with. Random conversations, stories about your day, silly questions, or discussions about things you’ve never really thought about before.
I’m here to meet new people, have good conversations, and hopefully build friendships that feel easy and natural. No pressure to be anything other than ourselves. Just a chance to connect and get to know someone new.
Outside of that, I’m into food trips, traveling, photography, and binge watching. I also enjoy discovering new things and getting to know people whose experiences and perspectives differ from mine.
