How deep are the Ironjawz in terms of tactics?

So I LOVE these models along with the Kruleboyz, but my issue with Ironjawz is I'm not sure the playstyle will be for me. I just sold my Slaves to Darkness because I didn't like how it felt like my main tactic was move forward and stat-check my opponent.

From what little I know of Orcs in 40k and AoS, it seems like Ironjawz would be that style, but I did see someone mention they have more depth and control than people assume. So I thought I'd ask here and see what the community thought.

Gordrakk vs Regular Boss ?

I see that Gordrakk is only 10 points more than his non-named character alternate build, but seems to have stronger rules - is there a clear consensus to which is the better choice? Cheers.

Hoooog riiiider!!

This is my first ironjawz model, painted him simple and fast. I aim to paint an enitre spearhead like this fella in two weeks. Let me know if you guys rate it (especially the nmm was not sure on that but this is my 3rd nmm attempt). So that being said if you guys collectively agree that i am better off using metallic paints please do let me know as you may save me, but i do believe its a convincing nmm attempt none the less. Any advice appreciated as always. Got some pigmet and fixer coming in the post to add at some point but otherwise yeah pretty happy with this one.

1000 point lists from Spearhead

Hi all, new to list building and wondering the best way forward. I've got the spearhead box and want to expand and make a 1000 point list that could be scaled up down the line. Any advice or lists would be appreciated
