When I turn on my PS5, first a blue light blinks, then a white light appears, but my TV still shows no device connected via HDMI. When I press the power button on the PS5 again, the white light blinks, then an orange light appears. Then, when I click the power switch again, the TV shows PlayStation menu . What is this problem? Can anyone tell me?
I’ve recently just gotten Avowed and I'm really enjoying it so far, but I'm experiencing horrible input lag in the menus. Sometimes it works just fine, but mostly there's a solid 15 to 20 seconds of lag before it switches menus. I don’t know if it’s my controller which definitely could be the case but I saw some other people mentioning the same problem. Is there any way I could fix it or do I just have to live with it?

Hi all, like the title, I can't seem to get the button remapping to work specifically the touch pad left and right button, i tried mapping just one button, 2 button presses, map all the button, enabling faulty dualsense mapping 1 and 2 and auto, no dice. It seems to keep defaulting to default gamepad mapping. I am on android 14 and pxplay 8.0.2 if that helps.
Anyone got ideas on how i can get this working?
Hi, I’ve been using PXPlay to remote play on PS5 with GameSir G8 Galileo and Razer Kishi Ultra controllers, but I’m not getting any haptic feedback. Even with a USB-C connection, the vibration is either very weak or not working at all. Is there a planned update to address this? I’m using an Android S24 FE device—will there be support for vibration on these models? Thanks!
I’m trying to use Remote Play on my tv, but for some reason, whenever I need to press the Touchpad button, it keeps connecting directly to the TV’s functions as shown in the picture. Every other button directly connects to the PS5, so I’m wondering if there is a way to adjust the system so that the Touchpad button actually connects to the PS5 instead of the TV itself.
We picked up a tv for the bedroom yesterday and my wife really wanted me to come to bed, totally forgot that Google tvs have PXplay as an app and within a few minutes I was back playing a high res mirror of my living room console set up from bed 😭🔥
Just need to optimize and hardwire the pro now. Also kinda bummed that haptics don’t work unless hardwired for controller but still great none the less
Hi, I'm thinking of buying a gen 3-5 y700 for pxplay and I need to know the dt on the device to make a decision! Would really appreciate if someone could share dt info.
My current setup:
I'm currently getting around 1ms rtt(local) and 14ms dt on my 8" tablet(Mediatek g99). I play on a high end gaming monitor when I'm on my ps5 instead of a tv so I am less tolerant to the smallest latency.
FYI I'm using the razer kishi v3 pro so I can't use the modded switch.
I am using an Android smartphone as a router (hotspot), problem is I have Vodafone so I get the NAT type 2 error.
Any workarounds?

Chose que j ai essayé avec succès avec ma TV (tcl c825)
Hevc un peu long mais limité a android 11 aussi, le fsr ne fonctionne pas
J ai testé avec mon ancienne NVIDIA shield de 2017
Ça fonctionne du tonnerre avec fsr, hevc décode en 1ms
C est vraiment top
Je dois changer de tv pour une plus grande
A ma connaissance, aucune tv(android) va gérer en natif le fsr et un hevc aussi puissant que la shield ?
La qualité d image en upscaling est meilleur avec apple tv ou android via fsr ?
Une box tv a recommander pour la meilleur expérience ?
Sauf erreur, pas possible d avoir les gâchettes haptique en bluetooth ?

I'm using PXPlay version 8.0.2 and I've created a custom on-screen layout specifically for my touch bars. However, the hamburger menu icon (the three horizontal lines circled in red) stays on the screen and is really distracting during gameplay.
If I disable "Virtual Controls" entirely in the settings, the menu button disappears, but then my custom touch bars disappear along with it.
Is there any way to hide, remove, or make only this menu icon fully transparent while keeping the rest of my custom on-screen layout active?

I'm at a bit of a loss as to why I can't quite get full functionality with my y700 gen3 + g9 controller
The major stuff works fine. Both analog sticks, dpad, face buttons, l1,l2,r1,r2, l3, r3. Options/share all work perfect
But for whatever reason, I'm having a bitch of a time getting the touchpad to work.
I cant get it to register as the touchscreen, at all
Nor can I seem to map the PS button to the menu button, or any of the 4 back buttons
The button tester app for the controller shows all the buttons work
But for whatever reason, I'm having issues
Any ideas?

Has anyone else had a similar experience with PSPlay?
I was recently testing the 4K upscale mode on Apple TV with my 4K TV, and somehow the picture looked noticeably crisper than it does on my Mac connected to either a 4K monitor or a 2K monitor, even when using 2K/4K upscale there.
As far as I can tell, most of my settings are the same: 60 FPS, 1080p source from a PS5 Pro, similar streaming settings, etc. But the Apple TV + 4K TV setup just seems to produce a sharper image than the Mac + monitor setup.
I might be wrong, but I assume both are using the same Metal renderer, so I’m not sure what else could be causing the Mac output to look slightly softer at 2K or 4K upscale compared with Apple TV on a 4K television.
The main downside on Apple TV is latency. The picture is smooth, but the input delay is definitely more noticeable. On Mac, turning off vSync helps a lot with latency, but then it introduces screen tearing. On Apple TV, there doesn’t seem to be much control over that.
Hey everyone! I just bought the app and wanted to test it on so I chose Diablo 4 and noticed some weird visual glitches especially visible on the minimap in the right corner.
My settings are:

Bitrate auto(I tested on best and got the same result)
Frame pacing on
Resolution 1080p
HEVC on
My down speed 500 up 400
PlayStation is connected via Ethernet cable
iPhone 15
Are these settings ok?

It constantly says ps5 lost connection i have to reset wifi in legion go for it to connect again never had this problem today until my electric went out and everything in house went off and now ever since this happens?
Well… after many many many other telescopic controllers (Bluetooth and wired), I made what I think is the best controller set up for an Astra. I tried all of the Chinese branded controllers to Gamesir to Razer. They were fine but never perfect.
The two main issues were Bluetooth input delay was still noticeable to me and the usb c port being offset which is very annoying caused every controller to be too high. I was able to find an adapter on Amazon that I can use joy cons on android. It worked perfectly with Switch 1 joy cons. I used my 3D printer to create body for my Astra that had rails. Instead of using original joycons (which were uncomfortable and small), I used some Mobapad M6 HD. They worked perfectly!
Then my Mobapad M12 HD arrived. So these are Joycon 2 controllers but they have Joycon 1 technology. They worked perfectly with my adapter so then I made another body for my Astra. Anyways, check it out!

I recently purchased PXPlay through the Google Play Store for my Android device. Now, I want to use the Windows version on my PC, but it’s asking for a license key.
Since I’ve already paid for the app on Android, is there a way to find a license key in the app files or use my Play Store receipt to activate the Windows version? Or are these two platforms considered completely separate purchases?
I am currently using an ASUS ROG Ally X.
I am trying to map the PS Button (L-Ctrl) and the Touchpad Key (B) from the PSPlay keyboard settings to the ROG Ally's back buttons, M1 and M2.
To do this, I set the ASUS Armoury Crate (Control Center) to Gamepad Mode and manually assigned the M1 and M2 buttons to the L-Ctrl and B keys, respectively.
However, the inputs are not registering or functioning within the app.
Could you please provide a solution or a workaround to ensure these back button assignments work correctly?
