Advice on Physiogel moisturizers

I’ve used the physiogel Daily Moisture Therapy lotion and loved the waxy satin finish and how gentle it is. I was thinking of trying the Relief AI lotion this time but wanted to ask if it has the same texture and finish as DMT and if it’s effective under makeup. Also anyone who has used their Red Balance CICA Cream, and any suggestions on that? Thank you

Meclay London shampoo and this hair mask damaged my hair, repairing tips

https://preview.redd.it/ba7n40n6a1bh1.png?width=255&format=png&auto=webp&s=7b95d82eccffafa48b58f4c88db59a21b2b27ba9

I'm a 16F and used to use Pantene shampoos, which worked great till I switched to Maclay London Soft and silky and this hair mask, which worked great at start, but now my hair feels rough and damaged.

I have low porosity 1C/2A hair and want to recover them, what shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, serums etc and other hair product recommendations do you guys have? I want them to be at affordable prices like Pantene, Dove, etc since I'm broke

Cera ve products

I was using CeraVe Blemish Control, but then I came across a few posts mentioning the recent cancer allegations/lawsuits around some CeraVe products. Has anyone looked into it properly or switched to something else?

Black dots on nose

I have these tiny black dots all over my nose. Even though I use blackhead-removing pore strips, they never seem to go away and there are still so many of them. How can I get rid of them? Can anyone recommend a good toner or serum that actually works? I really want a clear, smooth nose because these black dots make it look bad.

Is hair PRP worth it?

I (27F) have been considering it for a while. Every other derm clinic has the results plastered on their instagram profiles which has intrigued me as well. I have been straightening my hair thrice a week for last 10 years which has caused significant thinning on the crown. To the point I can barely see hair and all I see is scalp. I feel like nothing other than PRP will help but reading reviews of how it is very painful and bloody is holding me back. Should I go for it or any other suggestions?

Dark patches/discoloration on neck for 1 year — need advice

Hey everyone, I've had these dark patches on my neck for about a year now, and I'm hoping someone here can help me figure out what's going on.
Some context:

It appeared suddenly about a year ago, no clear trigger
No itching, no pain, no irritation — just dark
I don't eat sugar/sweets, no tea
No new detergent, cologne, or fabric around that time
I don't wear tight collar shirts
No family history of similar marks
The discoloration seems isolated to just my neck — no darkening anywhere else on my body (armpits, knees, knuckles are all normal)

Last year I went to a dermatologist who looked at it for about 10 minutes and just said it was "fungal" and gave me anti-bacterial soap + moisturizer. It's been a year and it hasn't improved at all — if anything it's gotten slightly worse.
I'm now wondering if this could be something like Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation (PIH) from some irritation I don't even remember, rather than a fungal thing, since it doesn't itch or flake like a typical fungal infection would.
Has anyone dealt with something similar? What ended up working for you? Also attaching photos for reference — would really appreciate honest opinions before I go spend money on another dermatologist visit.

Are these dark spots?

I have them on my cheeks and nose. Im very new to actives. Started with clarimax one if y'all know about it. What can i add into my routine for these spots to fade away. They bother me quite much. If i have never used strong actives such as, retinol, azelaic acid etc, can i start using them even as a amateur at skincare. Also what would be your suggestions for actives. Of course, in budget options.

22f need urgent help

Hi everyone. Around November, I suddenly developed facial seborrheic dermatitis after having completely clear skin my entire life. It affects my forehead, eyebrows, nose, cheeks, around my mouth, and neck. My skin constantly burns, flakes, peels, feels raw, and is oily.

Within days, I also developed painful pustules on my cheeks and T-zone despite never having acne before. I used Metafil lotion because it reduced the burning and flaking, but I suspect it caused the pustules. After stopping it, the pustules improved slightly, but seborrheic dermatitis is still there. Right now, I'm using nothing because I'm afraid of making it worse.

My skin is extremely reactive, and I can't tolerate SLS or SLES. I also have IBS, GERD, and long-standing nutritional deficiencies due to anorexia, so I tend to react strongly to oral medications.

I've been researching products and came across Kelual DS Soothing Cream (ciclopirox olamine) and C8 MCT oil, but I'm unsure which would be the better option. Also it's a French product & genuine products are also difficult to find in Pakistan (Karachi), so if anyone knows a reliable place to buy authentic Kelual DS, I'd really appreciate it.

I've also seen people recommend ketoconazole, tacrolimus, pimecrolimus, and even zinc oxide, but I'm hesitant to experiment because my skin is so reactive.

Also, would it be better to get the cream or gel version for sensitive, acne-prone skin? And has anyone with both seborrheic dermatitis and acne had success with C8 MCT oil, or did it worsen your breakouts? Any advice would be appreciated.
