When Aussie canned food hit different! 🇦🇺🐾

Muning rejected her usual food and went straight for this goody! So thankful for this donation, it’s doing wonders for our recovering girl. 🥹💙

Colony cat update—Abu, Taal, Zoro, and the two kitties. 💙

Thank you so much for those who commented on my post last night. Our colony cats were safe from the flood. We saw them complete during feeding time earlier. However, during dinner feeding, one is missing. We hope to see it tomorrow’s feeding.

This colony will also be relocated by this week or next week due to the threat of them getting thrown far away. Please support us. You can chip in any amount for the relocation of these cats.

Thank you! 🙏🏼💙

Is he mad? 😼

Met this local boss while waiting for the vet to finish checking on one of our rescues. Tell me he’s not plotting against me! 😼😹

Muning is home, but Papa B and Forbie still need us. 🐾💔

Thanks to your incredible kindness, we paid off Muning’s full vet bill of ₱27,858 (~$455 USD) today so she could finally come home! She is doing well, though she still requires daily GS treatment.

Since we cannot afford to discharge everyone at once, all raised funds went directly to Muning first. Now, our full focus is on clearing the running bills for our two remaining confined rescues:

• Papa B’s Running Bill: ₱22,935 (~$375 USD) (as of Aug 11)
Forbie’s Running Bill: ₱30,490 (~$498 USD) (as of Aug 11)

The longer Papa B and Forbie stay confined, the higher their medical costs grow. We urgently need help covering their accumulating bills so we can give them the care they need and bring them home safely, too.

Ways to Support:
1. Financial Assistance: Any amount toward Papa B and Forbie’s running clinic bills will make an immediate difference.

2.In-Kind Sponsorship: We are actively looking for a sponsor for Papa B’s Renal Wet and Dry Food to support his treatment and daily nutritional needs.

3. Share & Boost: Sharing this post helps us reach potential sponsors and supporters!

Update | Micro-Donations Needed: Let’s Bring Papa B, Muning, and Forbie Home!

"Who gets to go home today?"

It’s a question no rescuer ever wants to ask, but it’s the exact reality we’re facing right now.

Our current balance is only enough to clear one cat's clinic bill. We are choosing between letting Papa B or Muning walk out those vet doors today, while Forbie still has a long way to go.

As of August 11, here is the breakdown of what we need to clear:

🐾 Papa B: ₱23,235
🐾 Muning: ₱24,610
🐾 Forbie: ₱37,755

They’ve fought so hard to heal, and they are so ready for home. But without enough funds, they remain stuck in confinement—where daily boarding costs only push our target further away.

We are turning to you, our incredible community. If 100 people chip in even a small amount, we can clear these bills and bring ALL of them home together. Will you help us rewrite their story today?

Please share your screenshot in the comments or via PM so we can acknowledge your generosity!

Update from July 24-26 | From a small group with a big heart, to a stage we never imagined we’d stand on! 💙

The International Pet Summit 2026 was an unforgettable milestone for Pawsitive Guardians!

First, we want to extend a huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who chipped in to our recent campaign. Your generosity directly made this trip possible—funding our summit attendance, stocking up on essential food supplies, and helping us secure the opportunity to give our talk. We couldn't have done any of this without our incredible community standing behind us! 💙

Day 2 was such a fun experience on its own. We spent the day exploring the summit, visiting different booths, connecting with fellow animal lovers, and grabbing some well-needed rescue supplies from Luscious Recipe. Little did we know, Day 3 was about to make the trip even more special.

On Day 3 (July 26, 2026), we proudly wore our advocacy shirts and represented Pawsitive Guardians with full hearts. Thanks to Petsup and Project Uplift, our representative speaker, Tiffany, took to the stage to share our journey and mission. We even brought along a few of our rescues—Mavy, Kazamir, Winona, and Sugar—to help spread some extra pawsitivity!

We started two years ago with nothing but passion. Today, thanks to our supporters, partners, and team, we are being given a platform to learn, connect, and speak up for the animals who need us most.

We are deeply grateful for the certificate of recognition—it's a meaningful reminder of how far we've come.

Small group, big heart, and forever spreading pawsitivity wherever we go! 🐾✨

Building Our Future Together: How Should We Grow PG’s Local Shop & Funding? 🐾💡

Hey Pawsitive Guardians family! 👋

As our community grows, our mission to care for stray and rescued animals keeps growing, too. We’re constantly looking for long-term, sustainable ways to cover our daily rescue cases, feeding runs, and medical needs.

First, an exciting update on our current setup: 100% of the profits from our Bonfire merch will now go straight into our savings fund for our future shelter! 🏠✨

Bonfire has been amazing for our international supporters, and every purchase made there brings us one step closer to building a permanent safe haven for our rescues.

To support our daily operations locally, we want to bring official merch directly to the Philippines and start offering everyday pet supplies (wet & dry food, vitamins, and supplements) where every purchase helps fund our rescues! However, setting up inventory and ordering local merch batches requires starting capital.

Before we jump in, we want to hear your thoughts on how we can best kickstart and fund this effort:

1. How should we raise the initial capital?
2. Where and what would you shop?
3. What are your ideas for extra funding? 💭

Besides selling merch and pet supplies, we’d love to know what other creative ideas you have to help us raise funds or startup capital!

💬 Drop your suggestions or ideas in the comments below! Let us know how you'd like to see this come to life. Your input helps us take the next big step for both our daily rescue work and our future shelter! 🙌✨

Seeking urgent financial help for Kira—one of our community stray cat ‼️

Kira is a free-roaming community cat and the partner of another stray named Puti. Although Kira stays outside, we take care of her and have already had her spayed.

Recently, Kira suddenly lost a significant amount of weight, grew weak, and became lethargic, prompting us to bring her indoors to keep a close eye on her.

Just moments ago, Kira's lower body suddenly lost mobility. Upon waking up, she had to drag herself across the bed using her upper body just to reach us.

Kira has already endured so much—she lost all of her kittens in the past, managed to escape after being reported to the barangay by a former landlord, and has survived multiple illnesses. She is considered a true part of the family, and We are desperate to help her pull through once again.

We are humbly reaching out to open a fundraise for Kira. Any amount will be a tremendous help in getting her the urgent medical attention she needs.

DONATION CHANNELS:

• GCash: 09703113393

Note: We humbly ask you to put a note “Kira” on your donation because we are still raising funds for Forbie, Muning, and Papa B that has still a piling vet bill. 🫩

Update from August 3 | Litter sand supply for this month secured 🐈‍⬛📦

We wanted to drop a quick rescue update: thanks to our remaining operational funds at the time, we were able to stock up on our litter sand supply last August 3! 📦✨

No separate fundraiser was needed for this run, and this fresh stash will keep our shelter cats comfortable and covered for a month! Ensuring proper care and a clean environment for our rescues is always a top priority, and we’re happy to report everything is set on the litter front for now.

Thank you to everyone who continuously supports our work—you make keeping our rescues healthy and happy possible! 💙

They're finally ready to come home, but we can't bring them back just yet. Please help us clear their remaining bills so the costs don't keep piling up. 💔🐾

We got a news from the vet that we’ve been waiting for... Forbie, Muning, and Papa B are finally cleared to be discharged. But as we got ready to pick them up, reality hit us hard.

Even though we keep sending partial payments, their long stay continues to increase the vet bills, and we simply do not have enough to clear their remaining balance. We are completely heartbroken that we can't bring them home yet.

They have fought so hard through their daily GS treatments and long hospital stays. Until these remaining balances are settled, they have to stay at the clinic—and every extra day only adds to the cost.

Here is where our brave fighters stand right now:

• Forbie: She’s almost at Day 30 of her GS treatment! She’s still battling some thick nasal discharge when she sneezes and the vet is evaluating her for feline asthma, but she’s done her part fighting and just wants to rest at home.

• Muning: Her appetite is completely back, her spirit is bright, and she’s taking her daily GS meds like a total champ.

• Papa B: Stable, eating well, with no more vomiting or diarrhea observed!

They did their part to survive... now we are asking for your help to bring them across the finish line.

Outstanding Vet Balances

To discharge all three of them, we need to settle a total balance of ₱85,600 PHP (approx. $1,398 USD):

Forbie: ₱37,755 PHP (approx. $616 USD)
Muning: ₱24,610 PHP (approx. $402 USD)
Papa B: ₱23,235 PHP (approx. $379 USD)

Please, Help Us Settle Their Bills Today

We can't do this alone anymore. If you can spare ₱50, ₱100, or any amount today, please help us. Every single peso directly helps stop the bills from piling up further and brings Forbie, Muning, and Papa B one step closer to coming home.

Muning’s Health Update: Ready for Discharge! 🐾

Note: This video was sent by the vet earlier today at 2:36 AM.

Great news! Muning is officially stable enough to be discharged! However, we are unable to bring her home yet because our funds are completely depleted with three cats currently confined. As of August 6, Muning’s running bill stands at ₱16,340.

Even after she is discharged, her treatment isn't over—she will still need to visit the vet every single day for her daily GS injection until she completes her full 30-day treatment cycle.

All funds—including what was originally set aside for her eye surgery—have been used for her ongoing care, as we initially thought she only needed eye treatment.

Regarding her eye, the vet has given us three options:

  1. Proceed with surgery now, despite the risks associated with her active FIP treatment.
  2. Postpone surgery until she fully recovers from FIP.
  3. Leave her eye as is.

We are sharing this dedicated update for Muning even as medical bills for our other rescued cats continue to rise. We desperately want to bring her home, but we cannot clear her balance without your help.
