I’m currently in my 7th week using Retatrutide and looking for some advice from people who have experience with it.
My progress so far:
Total duration: 7 weeks
Weight loss: around 4 kg
Current weight: fluctuating between 92–93 kg
Calories: roughly 1,400–1,500 kcal/day, although I’m not tracking perfectly
Dosing history:
2 weeks — 1 mg
3 weeks — 2 mg
2 weeks — 1.5 mg
Because of hard constipation i lower my dose.
The main issue is that my weight has been stuck around 92–93 kg recently. Some days it goes down, then comes back up again.

Is a plateau around week 7 normal?
How long did your weight stay stagnant before it started moving again?
Did you change anything with calories, protein, exercise, or steps when you plateaued?
At what point did you discuss a dose change with your doctor?
Is there anything I should be checking before assuming the medication has stopped working?
