Hello. I misjudged the time I had to go past the lights and ended up running a red light by like 1, maybe 2 seconds tops. I joined the Eye Roundabout from boongate way. Are there any red light cameras there?

I have a date Wednesday with a girl whose vegetarian and I was thinking tacos and flip flops but a quick check showed me they're not open on Wednesdays. I know there's the chain restaurants in town which have some veggie options but was wondering if there was anything else good I didn't know about. Preferably not an Indian restaurant though as she's Indian so it might seem racist lol

I (30M) am looking at getting into DnD for the very first time...

I'm doing quite a fair bit of research into it: mostly around the 2014 rules to get initial grips of the game as well as watching some "pros" on YouTube, but it would be great to go play some one-shots before joining a campaign.

I'm yet to invest in any equipment, but I'm keen to get some dice and stuff, but I just want to know what people recommend I get as a beginner, but enough to be fully set up with some cool bits.

Understanding I am entry level, ideally I want to go somewhere that really has sunk some effort into it to help me get really immersed and into the game, maybe some cool rooms, tables, etc. instead of just sitting on a public table. Does Peterborough have anything like that?

I'd possibly bring some friends along but also keen to meet people who have played it before.

So I drove along the A605 15 mins ago and past A1M services, up over the crawler lane hill, there clearly smoke. And it lasted all the way to Elton. Enough to make it like fog.

Couldn't spot a source for it though.

Just found out last night that we have a solar eclipse on our hands this evening. Anyone know where I can get solar eclipse glasses fast? Or am I stuck with using a bowl of water to indirectly look at it😂

Hello I have my test coming up soon, last time I practiced around Amazon roundabout, the roads were not marked yet, making it difficult as it was resurfaced, does anyone know if the road markings have been done now?
