A question for authors out there, do you also write what you want to read?
I used to just write, not reading what I write because I think it was cringe. But over the years, as my writing skills improved, I started to love reading what I write. Until what I write are the same books that I want to read. These books were born from ideas that I want to read in books. About artists, dreams, passion, winter, youthful memories, self love and empowerment and so much more.
Ang sarap palang basahin ng mga istoryang ginawa mo. I think that when you start to love what you've written, it's the moment that you'd fall in love with writing more. You become yourselve's favorite writer. You won't just depend on how people will perceive or love your work, kasi alam mo sa sarili mo na mahal mo ang mga sinusulat mo at ikaw mismo, binabasa mo sila.
