What is your most “Piscean moment”?

As a Pisces what unique moment in your life stands out the most so far?

For me it’s when another Pisces gave me an astrology book for my birthday.

I didn’t realize it at first but this book had information that would prove critical in how I understand being me, in understanding astrology in general, manipulation and bias and how I help people understanding their own natal chart.

It was Synthesis and Counseling in Astrology by Noel Tyl. It was more than a thousand pages. I later gave it to someone else when I was moving overseas (or so I thought; it wouldn’t last long) and could not take it with me. Years later I purchased another copy but it was a different edition because the edition I got as that birthday present was out of print. In this 1,000 page book was a table of the Sun, Moon and Asc. Two pages. These two pages and their meaning had been edited out in subsequent editions.

Noel Tyl had a unique approach to astrology, identifying the Sun as what we want, the Moon what we need and the rising sign as our mask. What he advocated about the Big Three was not widely accepted. It is often ridiculed for its simplicity. What happens when I apply to myself? A lot of things fall into place and make sense. That was one special gift from one Pisces to another.

What about you?
