You will be split into two teams from the start. Sometimes I will change the teams.

The task will be revealed and each team must choose a project manager.

There will be group chats made with me and the members of each team for each task, where I will see discussions and contributions within the 24 hour planning period.

Once the 24 hours are up, each team must have sent me a final submission for the task, be it a post, an image, etc.

The winner will be chosen by spectators, sometimes posted anonymously in a spectator chat, sometimes posted publicly from my account in a specific sub, and whichever receives the most upvotes will be the winner.

I will address the losing team in their group chat, and then the project manager will have to choose a specified number of players to bring with them into the board room. I will then fire at least one of you.

Hi yall! I'm Mini, one of the new 4 hosts and the person in charge of casting for this season! I just wanted to pop in and say a few things!

Firstly, as of right now, casting for S4 is hesitantly closed. We have received and incredible amount of applications, and thank ALL of you for taking the time to fill them out. I have messaged and received responses from every single player on our short list, so if you have no received a message you do NOT need to keep your dm's open or keep your schedule semi-clear.

Secondly. If you have received a message PLEASE STAY QUIET. Do not tell anybody 🤫

P.S. If you haven't received a message, that is not a guarantee we don't want you on a future season. We reject for many reasons (especially to reduce the number of pregame relationships that exist) and might end up reaching out to you when casting calls go out again if we believed your application to be a good fit for a later season.
