Does any one have any of this recent Scooby Doo Playmobil in their collection?

Will they ever rerelease 3666?

I know Playmobil is financially struggling (recent closure of the factory in Germany). But would it not be wise to rerelease some of these great classic very sought after sets?! Just like they did with currently available Victorian dollhouse. Let’s be honest, the current Playmobil sets look kinda disappointing at times.

What do you think?

Fan groups/ sites ?

Hi! As a kid, I was very much into Playmobil (I'm an 80s girl ^^) and owned some stuff. I loved playing with it, making up stories. Yet when I grew up, I stopped touching it and ended up donating it all to a charity for children's toys. Now, years later (I just turned 40), I have rediscovered it as an artistic expression. I bought some Playmobil again, some new ( I just love the Greek God series!!) and a lot of it second-hand. I want to be able to make toy photography. I want to create a narrative. I already draw and write, so this seemed to be a new challenge.

My question is: are there any active fan groups/ websites for Playmobil fans? Or places for people who are doing creative things with Playmobil? I did a quick search, but most fan sites and forums seem abandoned, with the last posts dating back years. This is really sad... Is there any current fan group/ place to hang out, and if there isn't, can we create one? It would be so fun to connect. Btw, I'm from Western Europe, just so you know ^^

Received this as a gift for my 21st, now I'm stuck on what I should do !

Hello everyone! I'm so glad I found this community because I need some help determining worth! I received the sets 4455, 4458 and 4453. They're all shrink wrapped and in unopened(?) condition. I think these sets are absolutely adorable and I really really want to open it to play with and display , but I'm considering just obtaining second hand versions instead and selling these to someone who is dedicated to collecting toys in unopened condition.

What's everyone's opinions? How much would this be worth ?

Never was able to have the Western Playmobil line growing up, now I have kids, and an eBay account!

when I was a kid, I always wanted sets from the Playmobil Western line. I spent way too much time looking at the catalogs, but it never happened. Now that I have kids, it’s been incredibly fun collecting and building them all together. No more eBay for me though, this is a good stopping point!

Has anyone been to the Playmobil Park in Germany?

I’ve only recently found out about this place. Is it worth visiting? My daughter is a bit small, are there any activities for younger kids?

What about for adults? Is it still fun?

Has anyone seen this blue astronaut before?

We have them in several colors but haven’t seen one in blue (we got him from a neighbor‘ kid and he‘s a little damaged but I guess you can see what he’s supposed to look like).

Thanks a lot!

Playmobil friends with Instagram…

Friends, I have a question.

I have an Instagram account and really enjoy taking photos and spreading the joy of Playmobil. It makes me smile and I genuinely want to make other people smile too. The world needs it! I don’t use AI at all!

I have noticed that people rarely seem to ‘like’ photos anymore and I can’t figure out why.

Is it because we are now limited to 5 hashtags maybe? I just don’t know. 🤷‍♀️

I make a conscious effort to like or comment on people’s photos, but I just can’t figure out what’s changed.

What’s your thoughts?

Grayscale leaflet from May 1976

Putting this grayscale leaflet from May 1976 here because I cannot find it anywhere online. I got it with 3427 Western Farmhouse I think. Not really sure though, can anyone confirm?

70411, a return to tradition (but not much else to write home about)

Welcome back to the overviews of the Playmobil galeons, today's ship was originaly going to be 6678 but while I was at the beach it seems someone decided to gift the local mascot (a endangered sea turtle) their very used 70411, a perfect final resting place for a ship that by the damage seems to have gone through many adventures, so I decided to do 70411 first and 6678 later, so let's start!

70411 is one of the most recent ships of the pirate theme and quiet a return to classic in many ways, like her predecessor (6678) she brings back old molds with improvements for playing.

The ship reuses the iconic hull and design of the first Playmobil galeon that was reuses for many ships that came, the lower hull comes in black with a light brown upperwork which is kinda historical in some ways, red stickers add a third color the complements well the other two and is reused on the masts and bowsprit.

Those aren't the only red parts, the ship has some fantastic red and black sails with a jolly roger on the forward sail, I'm not a fan of these cartoonish designs for the jolly rogers and I personally think the old more minimal design are far more better.

Black ratlines complete the look.

The armament is pretty basic, only two canons as bowchasers that can also bring a lacking broadside of just one canon per side, ironically this is historical believe it or not as large canons were expensive for most pirates so most pirate ships carried only few relaying more on swivel guns and musket fire; unfortunately this hull design can only accomodate these many canons and it's something that kinda bothered me.

The ship however comes with a interesting playfeature, a engine can be attached under the keel turning the ship into a RC model, this can be very fun!

Worth noting that the captain's cabin comes with a minimal but workable interior, the same one that was used for the ships that uses this design.

So in conclusion, 70411 is a very simple ship and sadly doesn't have much personality, it's quiet a shame as the base is very good and I like the chosen color scheme, overall I think she's a bit undercooked, the RC however is as always a great and welcome playfeature.

I personally think that you don't even need much to turn this set into a fantastic one, since it seems it's impossible with this mold to have a 4 guns ship might as well have only the large playmobil cannon as the only armament, sure it's one less gun but it's a more fun playfeature and ironically makes the ship look more full; I'd also go for a minimalistic jolly roger on the sail, other than that Idk I think it would improved the ship a lot already.

Final score: 6.5/10

Uh, wild question, could anybody give me a rough value for the *ENTIRE* naruto shippuden line?

I have spent over a year trying to find ways to display these in my own place, i even moved at one point, and i could never find a case or space or place where i was happy with.

So ive got the ENTIRE run bagged up and stored.

I just want to get rid of it because it does me as much good tucked away as it does not being here at all.

I know the thing to do is break these up and sell them piece meal but i just dont think the demand is there for that.

Can someone just help me do the math for whats fair to sell LITERALLY every single set all bagged up and tucked away together?

Nothing is damaged or missing.

I can post pics of the lot, but even taking them out and displaying them in a rhyme or reason to make them appealing to others is overwhelming. I just want them gone without getting duped or shorted what would be fair for a lot this size.

Again. I literally have all of them. ALL of them.

The pricing for these is all over the place depending on where you buy or where they come from.

I could just use some help with this.
