Is it possible for certain TID + SIDs to not be able to produce a shadow shiny?

I was looking to shiny hunt a shadow shiny scizor from the Japanese e-reader room, but then I started thinking about RNG manipulating. Somewhere in my research I saw that your TID and SID might not even be possible to have a shiny shadow for certain Pokemon, meaning you could spend all that time soft resetting for a mon that will never be shiny. Just needed to ask the community as I could not find an answer anywhere. Can you get a shiny scizor regardless of IDs?

Looking for opinions on Colosseum-themed Champions team

Hey y'all!

I use my Champions alt for goofy teams, but its main purpose is to climb the ladder with a team using Pokemon from Colosseum. I even got the character model as close as I could to our boy.

Would love to know your thoughts on these 3 things:

  1. Since we can snag Sneasel, Gligar, and Piloswine, would you consider Weavile, Gliscor, and Mamoswine to be allowed?

  2. Hisuian Form Typhlosion - allowed or Johtonian (original form) only?

  3. Scizor - it's available in the Japanese version with the e-Reader so I can technically use it, but so few people have caught it and most people don't really associate it with the game. Would you consider it usable?

I'm looking to buy an e-reader to use on a japanese copy of colosseum but since i'd like to keep a roof over my head, I was wondering if someone made a printable version of the colo cards? I'd buy the originals but the prices are insane...

Finished the game in Japanese, was really fun to redo

Really loved to do it again. Helped me to practice my Japanese. I still have a long way to do but it was a nice experience.

This time I wanted to only use shadow pokemons but yeah, ended up abusing the legendary ones lol. I was expecting the game to be harder, because their level were so low, but no they're really strong.

It's a shame the purification comes so late, it made the early game not that fun.

But espeon is so strong you kinda want to only use him. And shadow pokemons really suck so you kinda have no reason to use any of the early shadow pokemon aside from the Johto starter.

I will probably do another playthrough soon. I wonder what fun challenge I could do. I don't think I'll do a no item run because of the Realgam Tower. So if you have any idea to spice up the game without being 3 much.

Accidentally did no snag challenge

I remember buying this game the day it came out and I loved it but I never realized I could throw pokeballs at shadow pokemon. I guess Rui’s cutscene wasn’t worded directly enough to cut through a little autism lol. Anyway I remember I beat the whole game with lvl 100 umbreon and espeon and a level 75 plusle and I was wondering if anybody else accidentally made the game harder their first play through
