Hey there, is there any reason the Crystal Legacy doc is no longer available? That thing was like my bible ha. Any help is appreciated thank you
And sorry if this has been asked and solved

I was playing on fast forward most of the time and also grinded manually a lot before any important battle hence why so many hours. Kind of late to the party but had so much fun! Even tho i ended up with only 2 pokemon alive.
Just got into emulation… which classic Pokémon game is “the favorite” amongst pokemoners? In general the Pokémon community. I started crystal on game boy color now and it is solid.
Is there a guide with the stat updates for all mons? The ones on google link to a page that says it’s now unavailable?
TIA!
Don’t have access to my PC for next few weeks so im running my Crystal Legacy nuzlocke again (been a while). From my current runs, my thought:
GOATS: geodude, abra, aerodactyl, starmie, gyarados
HONORABLE MENTIONS: gastly, heracross, tentacool, wooper, jolteon (if u give it shadow ball), jynx, scyther (after Will fight, evolve to scizor), alligator
OVERRATED: sheep (well it pwns Falkner), rhyhorn (dunno why but geo just better cuz of boom)
NICHE: rat, machop, houndour
GOAT SACRIFICES (I’ll explain why below): hoot, spear, bird
I usually bring 5 PKMN + 1 sacrifice to every gym battle, those birds are great for safe switching cuz they all immune to ground and ghost. Can be used as pure sacrifice or to tank a ground atk, then bait another type move as u switch to a counter.
TIPS:
- capture Spearow at R46 early and then Geodude at Dark Cave (f larvitar). Getting Spearow early means u get 2 chances for Abra at R34 and 35 and guarantees a Heracross before Whitney (headbutt trees Azalea + R33). If u miss Abra, just buy with coins at Goldenrod.
My team before Whitney: Gyarados, Geo, Gas, Heracross (w/ fury cutter), Croc/Chop, lv 2 Spearow
Don Ketchum. Woody Oak. Friends since childhood, rivals even earlier. Today, they clash for the title of Kanto's Pokemon League Champion. But who will come out triumphant? Find out now as part 37 of #pokemonyellowlegacy is now live!

I picked up Emerald Legacy and have absolutely loved every minute of it. I've been taking my time and have logged 180 hours and only just beat Tate & Liza (yes, for the first time). My team fills up an entire PC box; I've essentially been training entirely new Pokémon for every Gym Leader battle, AND going Professor Oak Lite by catching (but not necessarily evolving) every new Pokémon on every route before moving on to the next route (or, occasionally, to the next gym). I love that I'll be able to catch every single Pokémon in one Emerald save file, I love that it's not some insane difficulty hack and it lets me play at my speed, I love the QoL and story changes, and I'm super excited to see what surprises the postgame has cooked up for me. I can't wait to catch all the legendaries and eventually indeed catch'em all.
I'm already itching to tackle other regions as well. I've picked out HeartSoul as my likely "definitive" romhack of choice for Johto (I won't be playing Crystal or Yellow legacy; Growing up I played III-VI, so HeartGold and SoulSilver are my nostalgic Johto experiences), I may check out Emerald ROWE at some point, but I have yet to find as good an answer to the Legacy series/how I currently feel about HeartSoul for Unova, Sinnoh, and Kanto (in that order -- I don't have the same affection for Kanto that I do for Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Unova). For Sinnoh I'm at least vaguely aware of Renegade Platinum though it doesn't quite seem right for what I'm looking for, but for Unova I've got absolutely nothing. Are there any good romhacks that truly approximate the Legacy experience for Unova? -- One that both allows for every Pokémon to be caught, and ideally is more of a "Grey version" that combines story elements from both games...? I loved the entire Unova experience, too, I'd love to play romhacks for both sets of Unova games. Any ideas please? I'll settle for either a White and White 2, or Black and Black 2, with the minor standard changes that simply allow for everything to be experienced in one game without needing another (no version exclusives and trade evos removed type of thing), but naturally I'd prefer something a little more deep than that.
Finally, very much looking forward to XY Legacy! I didn't care much for XY but that was mainly because of all Kalos' squandered potential; Even if I feel VI is where many Pokémon stopped looking like Pokémon, I enjoyed enough of the new 'mons, I enjoyed the region, graphics, AND MEGA EVOLUTION OF COURSE!!!, to where I can see myself thoroughly enjoying XY Legacy. It wouldn't have been my personal very next pick for a fourth Legacy series hack, but I'm pleasantly surprised and very happy we're getting it, and I have faith in the team to deliver something that ties up Kalos' various loose ends of squandered potential. Woohoo! I'm excited.
Hello fellow Legacy players, I recently found something that would have blown younger me's mind

Besides sharing this here, I was wondering if whoever maintains the Crystal Legacy Encounters doc might want to add this link to the section about headbutting trees.
Anyways that's all I wanted to share, Happy Headbutting!
She seems super weak in gen 2. There’s wing attack/dragon breath and outrage seems underwhelming due to dealing with confusion. Is bolt beam flame with another move the best combo?
I'm hardcore nuzlocking, so I want to boost my team with vitamins before going to Blackthorn but need a faster way to make money. Google AI methods I've looked up are either unreliable/misinformation. So far the best method I've found is resetting time repeatedly for Buena's Password and redeeming a vitamin for every 5 resets. Is there a better method?
I have:
- amulet coin
- thief
- unlocked trainers up to Ice Path for rematches
Hi, I am just getting around to playing through Crystal Legacy, and I wanted to do some fun team building. I have become aware of the lacking of pokemon that learn fly and was wondering if there is place I can find the "you can fly mod"?
I'm playing on an Anbernic rg35xx and the romhack is Pokemon Legacy Enhanced, which is a fork of the romhack Pokemon Legacy made by SmithPlays. I wanted to have a playthrough of this romhack with a full shiny team but knowing how wacky pokemon emeralds rng system is, I wanted to try rng manipulating. I don't have access to my pc at the current moment but I don't want to wait until I do, so I want to try RNG manipulation to try and find a shiny starter. I used pokemonrng.com as I don't have tools such as eontimer and whatnot and was following the steps until it reaches step 2 which is to determine the correct SID. I don't want to look for my SID using the process of elimination because there's too many possible SIDs and I'd have to hit the exact frame for each one. So I tried using PKHeX to find my SID but it just shows 0. If the only way to find my SID is through hitting shiny frames for every single possible SID or waiting until I can use a pc I'll just deal with it, but if there's a way I can currently find my SID in an easier way or anything else that would be helpful that I'm forgetting about it'd be greatly appreciated as this is my first time doing something complicated with a video game. Thanks in advance!
While I wait to receive my blank cartridge so I can play this as God intended on a Gameboy Color, I made the art for a sticker to put on the shell. I pulled everything from the rom and composited it in PikoPixel with some minor adjustments and upscaled it for cleaner printing. I can't wait to be able to have the finished product assembled and in hand to play.
Using hypnosis Exeggutor, into agility baton pass Ledian, to Belly Drum poliwrath some how worked first try to sweep Lance (not first try of the leauge, first try with Ledian) by far favorite league run.
Just started playing emerald legacy. The game appears to lag every time I walk into a pokémon center. Is this normal or is something wrong with my version??
Im going on my first playthrough. Should I go with Legacy Crystal or legacy? I'm going to start watching the video after I'm done with my work. My only previous pokemon playthrough are casual runs on emerald and sun. Would appreciate your inputs. Thank you
Hi people, I have been toying with the idea of expanding the Crystal Legacy romhack for a long time now. The plan is to include the Orange Islands, Crystal Onix, changing a few things about the legendary bird trio's first appearance, etc.
I basically have organized all the changes I want to make, but the thing is that even though I am experienced with programming, I'm currently stumped as I can't find the right tools for the job.
Can you point me to the necessary tools for modifying a Gen 2 rom? Or even a tutorial as I couldn't find any.
Thanks!
