I'm 24 M, preparing for defence forces. I have unsuccessfully given 4 attempts ( 3 IAF, 1 Navy). My age limit for Navy is over, age limit for airforce ends in 2026 Dec and age limit for army ends in 2027 Dec. What are the chances of making it? Which force among army/ airforce suites my chart? Favourable selection period? Also if defence doesn't work, any alternate career in govt jobs or should I continue to do corporate job( which I'm currently doing)

There’s no work left to do at current workplace, they sold their business. In addition, they are promoting illiterates to be in management who don’t know what they are doing. This is a sinking ship, i want to work at a better place where I am valued and paid for what I deserve. My employment is in the US.
