For now i turnd it because i cant see the hurting leaf💔

can someone help me identify what this is? I think it’s mold? Is it healthy? This is the soil from the nursery and I haven’t repotted it yet. Does the growth of this mean the soil retains too much moisture? Should I repot and if I should I wait until the growth goes away? Plant is about 6in-12 in away from grow light and gets bottom watered. It has been in my care for about a month now.

As the title says I feel he looks a little spaced out compared to other prayer plants I’ve seen? Is this okay or is there something I can do to help?
