Help my prayer plant isn’t thriving like it used to

I have a prayer plant I got in June and it now isn’t standing up at night and has brown leaves as well. Any care advice would be very appreciated

Orchid advice

My beautiful orchid dropped all its flowers on the tallest stems and grew these side stems that are budding. Should I trim the tall stems back since they lost their flowers? If so where would I trim it at?
