Angry because I rented Ring (1998) but about halfway through the subtitles become out-of-sync with the video. The subtitles are about 2 seconds too early, making the movie completely unwatchable since the audio is in Japanese. Is there no way to fix this? I have a Roku Pro TV that we love, but I'm in the process of switching most of the apps over to a new Google steamer 4k using Projectivy launcher All the apps are working great except for Prime video. A lot of the new shows play at all video wise. It seems to be tied in but Dolby vision maybe. The video kind of flutters and that's it. I've tried the normal steps of clearing the cash and data. I have restarted both the TV and the streamer. I bought updated HDMI cables and I've searched everywhere I can on the internet. I find people having this issue but no real answer.
