Spore trade

Does anyone in Europe want to exchange spore prints?

It would be a nice/low cost way to have a bigger library of good genetics between growers 😁

Any ideas what's going on here?

Syringe said p nat. Im assuming the liquid is myc piss. Is the blob just a mutation? Are they long and stringy from a lack of fae?

New here but gonna do a giveaway to hopefully gain some traction

Shroomerco.com

Giving away a 20 ML vial with 2 10 ML syringes of “spores” to whoever gets the most upvoted comment on this post
(End date may 16th) (Saturday morning)

DM for info on the genetics I’ll be giving away

(Explanation of me)

haven’t gotten any sales yet just barely got everything perfected to start selling cultures/spores other grow stuff (took me about 8 months to be happy/perfect in my eyes) I’ve got a lot of different genetics I’ve been working on and just trying to make the right impression on this community, I’ve been focusing on mycology a lot the passed 2 years and I finally got to a point in my life where I can afford a little home lab so now I’m trying to make a little business off of it! Hope yall do me well if anyone has any questions feel free to ask away!

(Edit)
If the upvote idea doesn’t work then it’ll just go to the person that has the best replies/whoever needs it the most!

Largest yet on 9th flush.

I just harvested the 9th ochra flush from a 27qt tub I started in early april. Only produced 8-10 fruits. But some big ones.

Natalensis, 28 days & no fruits…[technique]

If anyone could help me understand whats going on here i would greatly appreciate it!

I had colonized a grain bag about 90% and then broke n mixed it into substrate, then i layered vermiculite lightly on top & have misted top of tub every few days. Once i did all that and let the cake re-colonize i opened up 4/6 micropore holes & introduced ambient lighting at 12/12.

When the cake re-colonized, it was a thick fluffy but transparent overlay over the whole cake. Then as the days went on after introducing fruiting conditions. The cloudy overlay pulled back & organized lots of hard white knots. Day 18 i see a super small malformed side pin. Days go on and knots harden, more show up & now i am starting to see less knots show.

I do see about 2-3 bruises on knots as well & have stayed about the same over past few days. Ever so light glistening sheen among the cakes surface. How should i go about this?

I hear Nats can take 2 months to fruit & then 3 weeks. I’m unsure which is correct, Any tips?

First time growing NSS. Need some advice if this is mould. Fruiting has started what can I do if this is mould

First time growing NSS. Got some cool side fruits growing. Need a second opinion if this is mould. If it is what can I do to rescue this it feels like a good run.

Seen a few other posts in here this could be signs of Nats bruising and NOT contamination. Would love for a pro to confirm

Its not smelly sour or slimey but there is this sort of yellow or green. It hasnt been growing very aggressively.

Spores vs. cultures? - Ochra

Opinions about using (ordering) ochra liquid cultures vs. spores in solution? I’ve always used spores but curious about people’s experiences with cultures.

First time grow of NSS. All tips and strategy welcome. Day 17

Temps around 20 c for past week or so. Manure coco vermiculite mix.

Conditions look great to me but unsure whether it needs manual intervention for FAE or let it ride.

currently using micropore tape with direct air gaps at the top for good passive FAE.

Does it need misting?

Overlay?

P. Ochra

6 days since s2b

Modified tub, the holes are closed.

1:2 ratio, pseudo casing.

How should i proceed?

First ever grow need help :(

My first ever mushroom grow I have a couple tubs but this is my biggest and oldest one, still haven't harvested it and I made it on 3/26/26, I try to air them and humidify via humidifier with a hose in the tub and recently started misting the tubs with a spray bottle which i think is better however i still use the humidifier a little just in case. all of my tubs have small outward facing fans and poly fil holes, this large one has one outward fan on the opposite corner from an inward facing fan that blows through poly fil before entering the tub. my other tubs are shoebox size and do much better, one on its third flush and the other is on its second, i'll add pictures of those as well but recently the mushrooms in the big tub all started bruising and i noticed cobweb looking stuff on the cake that leaves no residue on a qtip swab. i've heard it could either be mycelium reacting to too much co2 and bruising from the lack of oxygen or it could be they're dying and it's cobweb mold but i was hoping someone with more experience here could help me figure it out
