What would make you want to buy this?
I’m trying to sell this 2021 Jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel. I have it on several sites with the images above plus a few additional ones. On some sites I have a video tour of the inside posted. I own it outright. It’s hardly been used and has no issues. I have it priced at $49,500 but will take $45000. I hardly even get bites. What am I missing that would make you want to buy this? We’re selling our 2021 Jayco Pinnacle 36SSWS, a roughly 40’ luxury fifth wheel with 4 slides and enough residential amenities that calling it a camper almost feels unfair.

It sleeps 4 and would be fantastic for extended travel, seasonal camping, snowbirds (or anyone who likes the outdoors considerably more when it comes with air conditioning, laundry and two fireplaces).
Owned outright with clear title: no loan, lien or lender payoff to deal with.
