I had to stop doing flex for a few months due to extenuating life circumstances....first off I'm not sure why the late delivery offenses hadn't dropped off since June....normally they would do so within a month or so....it's now October 🤦 I took a chance with the car I currently have and did a whole foods order( and made a rookie mistake doing it during rush hour) and now at rishkwith no other dings in any of the other areas? Shoot I got really good tips from this run as well ( I know it's an auto ding and tips don't matter but I still had to mention it )
I assume it's not even worth emailing support? Unless my only ask is why the almost 4 month old late delivery shit hadn't dropped off yet?
It seems(by reading other posts) as though in the almost 3 months I had to stop doing flex the bs has gotten to an all time high....
Has anyone noticed that the offers on Amazon flex are available and not like it was before where you had to tap for hours. I’m able to see a lot and for different days.
I have noticed that in apartment buildings the unit number is almost never near the elevators but usually at the end of the hallway.
I just find it odd that it’s not evenly distributed.
It’s like the people close to the elevators don’t order stuff.
If anyone can offer some advice, I live on Long Island. When I joined the wait list 14 months ago I put in LI zip code. I finally got approved, my region says New York with my closest pickup in Rosedale. Support can’t do anything about it.

I’ve just started working for flex about 7 months ago, at the start of it it was great I get surge blocks all the time, (I think it was probably because something called the starter reward) getting well paid until one day, I believe it was when I reached to level 4 rank, I stop getting blocks, I tapped every hour to see if there are any blocks but no, instead of competing for blocks, flex started to give me blocks at the end of every week, all base pay level blocks in the early morning, my daily earning dropped from $230 to $170-$190

Bad routes:
I live around Richmond CA, 60% of the blocks I finished were bs, had me drive to Castro Valley and Fremont all time (35-45 miles away from the station)
Bad driver support experience:
ur wasting ur own time for contacting them, 80% of time doesn’t solve ur problem, there are so many times i had to hang up and call again cause I don’t even understand what they are saying, heavy accent, not willing to help, if you want them solve some problems for you, you better call them 3 times to confirm cause there were countless times they tell you they reported problems for you but turns out they didn’t do shit.
Bs policy:
Most Berkeley routes I did were all apartments, customers just expect us magically deliver the packages to their door with no code, no access instructions, not picking up the phone call and if you leave it at the front of the apartment door, you will be punished with dings
Bs standing system
I never understand how does this whole standing system work, I used to follow the procedure all the time, if it’s an apartment delivery and no instructions were given, I call the customer twice if they are not picking up, I call the support and return the package to the station, but guess what, even you do everything right you still get dings, you will get dinged if you return the package, you will get dinged if the package is stolen after leaving it there, you will get dinged when you clearly followed the instructions but customer lie about not receiving it
6 months ago I did the math and realized I was spending over 10 hours a week unpaid refreshing the offers screen. Between gas and what blocks pay now, I refuse to do this gig without automating the scheduling. Two warnings so far, standing still Fantastic. If the day comes and they decide to deactivate, that’s their call. Until then I’ll take my chances.
