I had to stop doing flex for a few months due to extenuating life circumstances....first off I'm not sure why the late delivery offenses hadn't dropped off since June....normally they would do so within a month or so....it's now October 🤦 I took a chance with the car I currently have and did a whole foods order( and made a rookie mistake doing it during rush hour) and now at rishkwith no other dings in any of the other areas? Shoot I got really good tips from this run as well ( I know it's an auto ding and tips don't matter but I still had to mention it )

I assume it's not even worth emailing support? Unless my only ask is why the almost 4 month old late delivery shit hadn't dropped off yet?

It seems(by reading other posts) as though in the almost 3 months I had to stop doing flex the bs has gotten to an all time high....

I'm in awe...where do they get this idea I wasn't working the whole time? Should I now take photos of all the packages I normally have left when the block is supposed to end? And a separate photo of each delivery I made after the block ended?

Would it even be worth it to appeal this? How do I price I was working the whole time I mean I have an excellent rating and never had issues requesting it pay because they decide to give an over 45 stop delivery block for 3.5 hours ...I cannot wait for another company to respond to my resume so I don't have this stress on top of everything else I have going on...jfc

Between 40.00-50.00 in gas...then the routes being 49 packages with 43 stops and the first stop 47 minutes away regardless of how you reroute your drive it just doesn't seem plausible....I keep trying to wait for surges but the most I see an hour or two before the shift is maybe $10-$15 dollars more than the initial offer

Not only can I not work this job to save my life( this is literally and not figurative) and God help me if someone says it's not that deep and to find another job. JUST. DONT.

The late deliveries which I have photo proof of are because I had to spend so much time on the phone with cs or trying to get into an apartment complex because CS either refuses to believe there is no safe location at 4 am to leave the packages or they say don't worry return the packages and you won't get dinged. I ask them again and again are they telling me the truth.

Don't say to just leave and go...you see that package the customer said they didn't receive? Well that's what I did as most flexers recommend and boom I get dinged. I return packages that I cannot leave anywhere and I get dinged ..I know some flexers on here will say your doing it wrong but it's not the same for every person who does this. That's like saying we all eat the same food the same way everyday. It is not the same.

I have nothing ..I am part of that working class that barely gets by to begin with. I have lived this way all my life I can from a lower to middle class working poor family ...I'm not a druggie I'm not a drinker I do not live beyond my means and have no hobbies to spend money on. In the past 2 years I went from renting the same townhome for 10 years to being homeless and barely being able to afford to rent a room during this housing crisis. I know it's not Amazon's fault ..kinda is jeff Bezo's fault for running this shit ass operation but what the fuck am I gonna do? I'm scared reddit fam...really fucking scared.

I called CS about the undeliverable packages they tell me to return them and they would notate the account to mark the business closed. I took a photo to cya as well-sent it to andy@amazon.com......I take advice from this community about leaving the packages wherever I can instead of calling cs and returning to the facility and still I get dinged. I exclusively work the early am shifts so when they give me packages to businesses and apartment complexes that I can't access there is no good resolve...call.... don't call...leave it wherever ....don't leave it wherever ..

I'm sorry but I truly believe flex is trying to push out the vets to keep the newbies at the lowest pay rate possible....and because we are independent contractors we have no way of recourse....it's blowing my God damn mind but at the same time I guess I should be smarter about giving any business the benefit of the doubt now a days...

They can update me about package return and spam my email asking about my experience but not one update about the phone issue...this place is the devil incarnate and just out a whole bunch of people out of work in an already harrowing economic crisis

Side note: please don't tell me to get another job...if you feel it necessary to reply with that comment and are that concerned with my personal life and struggles please see my previous post regarding the phone update issue with flex as I responded to all of those comments with very respectful answers ..I have poured out my heart there and it will save us both the pain and frustration of another thread where people tell me I'm doing life wrong...I appreciate it

I just sent over payment for a whole foods order for yesterday and now I'm getting this email about an issue with the payment? What in the ever living shit is going on with flex today?

The app is stating you need android version 13 ...I have version 16. I called flex and they ca stated it is a known issue but I also have to email them with the issue🤷🤦🙄

I'm wondering is this affecting drivers who have been working today? My shift isn't until tomorrow morning but this is nerve racking because the drive to the facility isn't a hop skip and jump for me and don't want to show up just to get dinged for not being able to log in

Apparently Lazy and self absorbed people don't care about the sign on this parking spaces ...so when I'm sitting there waiting for a job I'll sometimes me tuon it to them as they park...hey this is for Amazon employees....and they act shocked or say that's never been there before...bitch I've been doing this 6 months and it's always been like that...I had a woman take a photo of me and my car because I said something to her....so I took a photo of hers and told her she needs to learn how to read....seriously though...most humans are just trash...cats and dogs...and maybe a sloth or panda for president please!!!
