H Kelly depeches 25 Etoupe „Men"

Hi everyone!
I ordered a HERMÈS Kelly Dépêches 25 in Etoupe from Mark. The bag costs $800, and I've paid half of the amount so far. Today I received my PSP/QC photos via WhatsApp.
l'd really appreciate your help. I've wanted this bag for a long time, and this is my first time buying a high-quality replica bag.
Could you please take a look at the photos and let me know if you think I should give Mark the GL?
I'd be very grateful for any feedback. Thank you!

This little house bag is an absolute piece of art. Love the grey croc top and orange awnings!

Finally got to wear this 20cm house bag out today. Honestly, the design is so charming. The grey embossed croc leather on the top paired with the dark body and those little orange window flaps makes it look like a super stylish mini house. The gold lock and hardware complement the colors perfectly, and the white contrast stitching is incredibly neat. It's definitely a statement piece that gets noticed.

Sure, you can't pack a whole lot in a 20cm bag, but for my phone, keys, and a lipstick, it’s totally fine. I absolutely love how unique it looks. What do you guys think of these fun, avant-garde designs—are they worth adding to a collection, or do you strictly stick with classic shapes? Drop your thoughts below!

Broke my matte-only rule for this sand croc bag.

I usually only buy matte dark bags. But this sand croc totally won me over.

The gold hardware pops beautifully against the glossy scales. It looks way more wearable in person than I expected, and honestly pretty easy to pair with everyday outfits.

Anyone else buy a bag completely out of their comfort zone and end up loving it?

Customs took forever, but this beauty is finally here!

Small 25cm beige bag with silver hardware. Soft pebbled leather. Is it too plain or classic?

This golden brown pebbled bag gives off that effortless French girl vibe I've been craving.

I've been leaning into a vintage-inspired wardrobe, and this golden brown bag fits right in. The leather has a perfect pebbled texture that feels soft yet structured, and the gold lock adds just the right retro touch. It looks great with a simple white blouse and denim. It just feels timeless. What's your go-to color for achieving that effortless, classic look?

Metallic goatskin + champagne gold hardware. Cohesive elegance or too much gold?

Just received this 20cm bag in metallic champagne goatskin. I'm really into how the leather finish and the hardware share that warm, muted gold tone. It feels super cohesive and understated compared to bright yellow gold. The pebbling adds just enough texture to prevent it from looking overly shiny. My only small doubt is whether this "tonal gold" look might be harder to match with certain jewelry or outfits. What do you guys think—does all-gold hardware and leather work, or does it lack a bit of contrast?

I used to buy way too many bags. Now I just have this 26 size and I'm good.

My bag collection used to be huge, but I've been trying to declutter lately.

I found myself always reaching for this greige pebbled leather one. The silver hardware keeps it looking fresh and low-key. It holds my daily essentials without looking bulky. It might actually be my forever daily bag.

Have you ever bought a bag that made you realize you really didn't need all the other ones?

Never thought I'd love silver hardware on a dark croc. It looks so icy and elegant!

I've always defaulted to gold hardware for dark exotic leather. But after receiving this 25cm deep reddish-brown shiny croc with silver hardware, I'm completely converted. The silver brings out the cool undertones in the dark leather without making it look brassy. It gives off a very clean, icy, and elegant vibe. I'm considering getting more silver hardware bags now.

Unboxed this greige neutral today. The gold hardware just hits different.

Been waiting for this combo for a while. The leather is really soft and it matches my whole wardrobe. So obsessed!

Deep burgundy pebbled leather - built to last, or a scratch magnet?

I absolutely love the texture of the pebbled leather on this burgundy mini bag. It feels substantial and soft, not stiff at all. But I'm always super paranoid about deep colors and gold hardware.

The leather grain might hide some dust, but I'm genuinely worried about the gold lock getting scratched or tarnished over time. I'm tempted to just use it hard and embrace the "lived-in" look, but I'm also scared of that first noticeable scratch. To those who have worn this kind of combo for months, how does the hardware hold up? Are you babying it, or just letting it get beat up like a true daily driver?

This teal glossy bag looks blue indoors and green in the sun. Obsessed.

I’m a sucker for colors that shift under different lighting. This deep teal bag definitely delivers.

The gloss finish makes the scales reflect light beautifully. Silver hardware keeps the whole look crisp and cool. It’s definitely more interesting than a standard solid color.

Do you prefer bags with a solid, consistent color, or do you like ones that change depending on the light?

This deep plum glossy bag is giving major dark jewel vibes.

I have a strict rule when it comes to purple bags. They have to be deep and rich, not bright and screaming.
This one nails the shade. The glossy scales catch the light and almost look wet, like a dark gem. Paired with the gold lock, the contrast is just perfect.

I was worried it might be too heavy for casual days, but it actually makes neutral outfits look instantly more put-together.

For those who love exotic leathers, do you prefer deep jewel tones or lighter, pastel shades?

Love this camel bag with gold hardware. Finally got it!

Just got this 25cm camel bag with gold hardware. Leather feels soft but holds shape well. Stitching is pretty neat. Lock and keys have good weight, not cheap-looking. Only nitpick is the dust bag is a bit tight.

Love the look. How do you guys carry this color—top handle or crossbody? Also, thoughts on the GHW? Let me know below!

Does matte alligator actually look more low-key than shiny croc? Just got this 25 Touch in black with gold hardware.

Snapped these in natural light to really see the matte finish. Thoughts on the edge paint and stitching?

Deep purple glossy scales with gold hardware. This combo hits different.

Can't stop staring at the way the light hits this shiny exotic leather. The gold hardware really pops against this rich, dark purple base. The scale alignment is super clean and gives it such a luxurious feel. It definitely has that understated, elegant vibe. Do you usually match your jewelry to your bag's hardware color, or do you mix gold and silver freely?

Just got this oatmeal bucket bag with gold hardware. I'm stuck on how to style it for work?

Just got this today! The pebbled leather feels buttery and gold hardware looks great. Planning to wear it for work – any tips on matching outfits to make it pop?
