I’m really happy about this recent purchase and I want to share my experience. I wanted to get a small handbag or clutch that can be use for formal events as I have an upcoming event. So decided to get the CC wallet on chain and the sling back pumps.

Seller: Tiny Jenny (6160)
This is my second purchase from Jenny and as per usual she has been nothing but helpful! She was really on it with this transaction because we had to exchange the sling backs due to wrong size. Communication was really good and everything went smoothly. Shipment was also really quick and if we did not have to exchange the shoes I would have gotten my purchase earlier.

CC Sling backs - Happy factory
This is my first time buying a pair of rep shoes. I initially wanted to order CC ballet flats as well (the burgundy with pink toe cap) but Jenny advised me that she has not seen a factory that rep this particular colour very well. So I said just the sling-backs then. Here’s where it got messy, the SIZING. Jenny gave me a size chart which I followed. I measured my foot and it’s 25.5cm from the size chart she has provided I’m a 41 in that. I’m usually a US 7 or 7.5 (depending on brand) so a size 41 is huge for me! But I read on other reviews that those are FACTORY SIZING so go by that measurement. PSP came, lo and behold just by the looks of it, it was HUGE. Jenny took a measurement of the insole and it was 26.5cm, huge difference. So she happily exchange the shoes with a size 38. Which was the right size! The shoes itself is nice, it came with a dust bag and was wrapped well. The only issue I have with it is the insole, it’s not cushioned. I haven’t seen the auth so I wouldn’t know if it is cushioned. If I get the chance to visit the boutique, I will have a gander. Overall the leather is good, the gross grain is horizontal compared to the auth version which is vertical. I would give this shoes a 7/10 rating.

CC WOC - 187
No fault with this one! 🥰 My whole package was bubble wrapped. The wallet came with its own box with all the paper and flowers, shopping bag. The CC box was bubbled wrapped and the wallet had a nice felt dust bag with the tissue wrappings. The caviar leather is so lush it has a nice pebbling. The leather has some nice shine to it depending on the light. When I opened the box it had that new leather smell. The chain has some weight in it. The structure of the wallet is good and no issues with the stitching. The gold hardware and chain is not overly yellow. Overall 10/10 rating, 187 reps this well, it’s such a classy SLG.

Okay, I decided to try out a new seller because my usual (baobao) is so darn busy its been taking too long to get orders in!

I decided to order with Betty because she was running a sale on huahui bags. First impressions of seller- she is super quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. I always get nervous steering away from my comfort zone by ordering with people I haven't used before but she was very honest and straight forward. We did send one bag back and swap it out due to misalignment of logos, there was no fuss about it- so I give credit where its due!

Now that bag-

Its simply scrumptious lol. The leather is extremely soft, it melts into the ground without the pillow which is what I've seen of the auth as well. The hot stamping is clean and well done, which was about $10 add on to do.

I've seen some people say they felt the trim and strap on their bags felt pleather-y and Im wondering if its a batch issue? Mine feels smooth, high quality and smells very good. I have a lot of leather bags and jackets so its not a matter of not knowing what the difference is.

The hardware seems durable and has solid weight to it so no complaints there either- we will see how it holds up buy im honestly not too worried about it. The logos are perfectly matte, no shine to them other than how they should be.

My only complaint is the pillow- its not quite big enough to keep the bag 100% stuffed. Im not sure if this is the usual or just with mine but it is something to note.

Overall im very happy with this purchase for under $300 shipped im impressed with the quality and now have a new seller I would happily use again and reccomend to others.

I am not getting compensation for this review, im just a hobby bag collector and pay for all of my bags myself.

I have a 32cm maxi flap from 187 ($501) as well as XC factory ($391-bought as a re🏠) so figured I’d give a comparison of the two! The suede flap is from 187 and the black grained leather is from XC. Both flaps have a double flap in regular leather so that’s what I will be comparing for the quality in leather since grained vs. suede can be hard to tell.

👩‍🔬 Leather: The 187 has a beautiful earthy, natural leather smell that has yet to dissipate. I personally love the smell of leather and it is delicious! The XC came with a strong smell of glue and chemicals however it absorbs leather conditioner right away so I doubt it is PU. The smell has slowly gotten better.

You can tell by the double flap the 187 is far better quality leather. It has the exact texture you would want to see from high quality calfskin.

The XC version almost has a painted texture to it on the inside flap and when you imprint your finger against it and release, it makes a slight noise similar to freshly dried paint. I do believe it is genuine leather but lower quality. The grained leather on the outside feels a lot more luxe than the inside. It is very slouchy, soft and malleable though which is great.

👩‍🔬 Hardware: Hardware on both are nice. I believe 187 is slightly more passable because of the shape and thickness. XC hardware still looks good though and I would say passable.

👩‍🔬 Stitching and Construction: 187 is far better in its craftsmanship. The edges are a lot cleaner, the tongue flap is the correct shape, the chain straps are perfectly done, and I find it is overall more authentic looking. XC is good too but it’s when you compare it to the 187 version that you start to notice the flaws.

👩‍🔬 Stamp and Chip: Both inner stamps have their flaws. You can be the judge of what you think about them but they’re on the inside so I don’t put too much judgement on the bag from the stamp. Chip looks good on both.

Overall, I would re-purchase the 187 version but the XC version is great value for money if you’re looking to spend a little less or do not want to wait on 187. I think in most cases, the XC is passable! However with a lot of knowledge on the auth and a sharp eye, you will see the differences. The 187, particularly in suede, truly gives me the same feeling as an auth but the fact it was $500 makes it so much better.

Hi all! I wanted to share my PSPs I received from Betty (6882) for anyone who’s been eyeing the nubuck style. I put them side by side my auth black featherlight and very happy with the outcome so far. RepScience has been some of my fave deep dives so hopefully this little tidbit helps someone out there! Bag review:
Oh.my.goodness..she is so ridiculously beautiful outside, inside, the feel, the color, the build the whole shabang! I have an auth pico 18 that I’ve loved the heck out of but always needed a little more room since becoming a mom and this is it😮‍💨 In the photos you’ll see the graining is consistent, hardware is not too brassy, stitching is hard to see but up close is similar to my auth. I wasn’t too keen on those small details as it’s so dark to even tell but very surprised at the close look.

I have a history of this buying this similar color sp33dy (wine 25) & getting rid of it… So I decided it was the size maybe that bothered me haha.

I can’t get over the grenat/garnet color🤤 I love a deep burgundy bag for fall!! But I also find I love this color year round🤭 I love the chain detailing too that’s another reason I was drawn to this size over the 25.
I’ve been trying to do my best research on this color + bag since there’s not many reviews on it. So hopefully this helps someone!
Comparing it to photos online of the auth I’d say the handles look very dry and are missing that shine on the lining. The leather on the bag is dry too so I keep slapping on conditioner to see if it helps 😂
The hardware is a lil 🧀y & I did use a polishing cloth to help and it somewhat did but I’ll keep trying lol.
If anyone has this color bag from a different factory I’d love to see it! I wanted to take a chance on huahui since I kept seeing great reviews from them lately!

This was my first time ordering from Betty! She’s very responsive + helpful. PSPs took maybe a while to get to me. I inquired & paid July 27 & received PSPs Aug 4th. It was also shipped Aug 6th + I received it August 13th! So shipping was fast, I’d say PSPs took a while but she was busy with the sale.
I will say my package was packaged okay, but the box was a little humid for whatever reason? No damage to my bag or wallet I ordered though!
I’d still order from her again though she was great!

I cheated a lil, these are not all city bags.😛 the red is a part time and the white is a le city first bag, they both have mirrors!! (iykyk🤭)

I don’t think any balenci factory has really hit the nail on the head the way C factories have when it comes to leather/hardware for the city bags. but the cloooosest is bibi factory (>!white one!<) and the >!black!< one imo! The feel is slightly different but similar enough— after all it’s like 200-300 vs a couple of thousand 😉😉 the mid-high reps like the >!pink!< was incredibly diff feel tho, but still feels nice to the touch. will patiently wait for the day they perfect it

I just wanted to post about my first ever rep experience because it was smooth sailing! I’m so excited about my purchase, I went and use it immediately! 🥰 I was a long time lurker in this sub and I was just enjoying reading and looking at everyone’s bag. I decided to order one and experience the joy of rep myself!

I did my research and was actually shopping around asking for prices from different TS. I decided to try Jenny because she was really friendly and has good communication. I got her WA number from previous reviews of the bag that I wanted. Initially, I wanted to get the BV Parachute (maybe my next purchase) but then I saw the Mini Andiamo and decided to go for that. I was asking her lots of questions regarding, factories, shipping and even about shipping coverage. She was very patient with me which is reassuring as a newbie.

BV Mini Andiamo - Jing
The parcel came in a sturdy box, the bag was bubble wrapped and has a dust bag. The leather is so soft and buttery. I have seen and tried the auth BV from the shop and it feels the same. My only concern initially was the hardware. It was a bit yellow on the PSPs but not in person. I know a lot of BV are hard to rep due to the intrecciato, I’m happy with mine. The structure of the bag itself looks sturdy and the woven leather is not loose. I’ve also included a photo of what fits in the mini, it holds a good amount of basic needs. (iPhone and car keys not in photo).

CC card holder - 187
The leather feels good and no noticeable issues with it. The structure of the card holder is also good. I’m not bothered with small leather goods. It’s gonna be inside your bag most of the time. So no issues with me.

I am a freak for strange but functional bags like the Schiapar small Souffl3, and when I saw that Kendall 🏭 makes one I had to put an order in. Now first thing's first the hardware is completely clockable and looks different from auth, however I was fully aware from the factory photos and for the price I paid, was completely fine with this. I don't want 1:1 auth, I want a good quality little weirdo on my shoulder.

Price: 227.70USD + Baker's 29USD commission + shipping (price combined with other bags)

Hardware: While not exactly like the auth (different eye, not the same hammered texture), still really fun, and made of a sturdy weighty metal. Definitely won't get scuffed anytime soon. As with the auth most of the segments move except for the last.

Leather: Matte grain leather with a lovely movement and slouch. Lined with a soft suede.

Overall quality: Stitching, finishes, etc are neat. I'm super happy with the quality.

Once I get some use out of it I can post a follow up/ long term use review.

Just received my first bag from Allen(9249) and wow wow! I just loved it! I realized I can’t have tiny bags with my kids in tow!

I did struggle with wanting to catch and release because recently fell into some financial difficulties but I have other bags I will rehome first!

Communication was quick and easy with Allen and it matches the PSP exactly and factory as well. This was from Royal and paid $220 with shipping and insurance! It’s smells amazing and no weird smell. I love Allen and wasn’t asked to do this but this is literally my first bag from a TS as I’ve bought all my other bags as rehomes! He doesn’t even know I got the bag yet because it JUST arrived 30 minutes ago! Glad my first experience was great.
