First of all, I thought it was a fantastic game, but I feel so sorry about Ethan's ending. He was a really good man and didn't deserve to go through all of that. I got interested in the Shadows of Rose DLC, but I don't want to pay for it on Steam (my only interest is playing as Rose), so I'd like to know if I could complete it by playing the demo version Steam offers for the DLC. Is it timed, or does the demo end at a specific point?

I have the inf ammo stake, syg12 and wcx after 3 playthroughs. Should I bother with hardcore or go straight to VOS?

So, why does everyone think I’m always lying when I say that the Special Customization exists in the game? I mean, for example, someone will say that the STAKE does 4500 when maxed out, but then if I gently correct them and say it’s actually 9999 when truly maxed, then I get downvoted and stuff.

If you don’t know already, the way that you unlock Special Customization is by completing 25 Mercenaries challenges. If you wanna see how many you’ve completed, go to the level selector screen in Mercenaries and then press Square on PlayStation or Delete on PC (not sure what button it is for other platforms). There are 39 in total, and once you have completed 25, it will unlock this Special Customization in the main story only.

Here is what it does on each weapon:

LEMI - It heals you by a small amount when you successfully shoot an enemy.

M1911 - For the first few seconds after reloading, you deal 1600 damage instead of 195 damage.

V61 - Damage is raised to 525 and rate of fire is raised to 0.08 (which is the fastest in the game).

M1897 - Damage is raised to 12000 but ONLY if you are right up next to the enemy.

W870 - Damage is raised to 2880, but pellet spread becomes horrendous.

SYG-12 - Damage is raised to 3570 and rate of fire is raised to 0.65.

M1851 Wolfsbane - It now is a guaranteed one-shot kill to any Lycan-type enemies, however the damage remains at only 2900 for Dimitrescu, Moreau, Miranda, and all Soldat types.

STAKE - Damage is raised to 9999

GM 79 - Damage is raised to 4800

F2 Rifle - Damage is increased by distance, starting at the standard 1500, and then at max distance, it becomes 45000 but don’t get too excited cause this game barely has any long-range encounters anyway.

WCX, USM-A1, Dragoon, Handcannon PZ, and Rocket Pistol don’t get the Special Customization on them. I’m not sure why, but I guess it’s cause they’re bonus weapons.

As we know in the start of resident evil village. Mother miranda was posing as mia to get close to rose while mia was lock away at her place. Then Chris burst in empty a mag on Fake mia then escape with rose to which mother miranda took rose again.

But what if.. this time chris didnt burst in. maybe chris was too busy playing match making between leon and claire or something. So that mean no chris to ruin mother miranda plan. So mother miranda kept pretending to be mia. Then as mother miranda continue stay. acting as Rose mother. Miranda felt.. at peace. Dare i say enjoying her moment in the winters household. Weeks become months. Month Become Years. Maybe Ethan show Miranda some cool tricks or something in the bedroom. Mother miranda decide to continue playing as Mia and just enjoy the simple life. As the years went by Miranda(Mia) ask ethan to call her Mira from now on.

Real Mia held at the dungeons then as Miranda started to get more and more withdrawn. The lord started to be more disgruntled and as the years went by when Mother Miranda pretty much no longer commanding them. There a power struggle among the 4 lord and they started to become hostile among each other.

Mia kept lock away in the dungeons. Wither away in the cold darkness. She held on to her sanity by doing it for Rose. For Ethan. That one day. She will be freed. After all. Ethan did save her once. He will do it again. She just need to survive till then. But as the years goes by. It became harder and harder. As mia stayed longer. The mold started to affect her. assimilate her.

Only 2 lord left in the wake of the war. Mia now being connected to the mold. felt a hunch. Something showing her a memory. A life that is not hers. That Ethan is not coming. That..ethan.. is enjoying his life with rose. Mia whose sanity has degrade in the past years. Felt betrayed. Some battle happen among the lord and an explosion happen and she manage to escape from her confine. She need to get out. She follow her instinct. Telling her to go somewhere. She traverse. Went into a cave and she found the Megamycete and she determine to get control back into her life and to get Rose back to her. She reshaped by the Megamycete. Her hair turn blonde and she now called her Self Matriach Mianda and bitch slap the remaining lord into compliance and she now hatch a plan to get back rose.

The beginning opening with the fantasy story and the gorgeous style reminds me of the style from Harry Potter when the deathly hallows is described (it’s one of my favourites scenes) and I see no one talking about it!

Does anyone actually like this games mercenaries? This is a legendary game mode from the past games that finally got brought back since 6 and it just so boring and a chore. On top of that a lot of the fun NG+ stuff is locked behind high mercenaries scores on all the maps! The gameplay just isn't up there with the other games to make this game mode enjoyable other than maybe Heisenberg or Lady D. Chris and Ethan just feel like the most generic COD zombies shooters with some of the spongiest enemies in a resident evil game.

So my oc Silva was implanted with a cadou that gave her pyrokinesis. They can’t generate fire but she can control it and its intensity. Just wanted to see if anyone had any idea what could cause her to have it cause at first I wasn’t going to explain it but I love adding little details to my ocs!

In Castle Dimitrescu you're able to trigger Lady D to loudly demand that her last surviving daughter hunt Ethan. But I can't find any info online on how to get this optional interaction to take place. Is it down to the player eliminating the daughters in a specific order?
