Can f2p finish book of dragons?

I play this game periodically, last time I installed it, Book of dragons gad a bit over 600 dragons, now ot has over 800. I know that the Light fury is Dragon rider exclusive, but what about other dragons? Can a f2p player realistically get them all from Odins shop, collections or events even if it would take extremely long time?

With the apple event over and buying hidden world hookfang, I had just enough to get a 750 pack and the last pack in the pass, giving me Sleigher and Sword Stealer

Lucky from the last seasonal pack

I took a break from this game for a few months and returned in the middle of the season and i spent 500 runes to get the last rewards, so glad I did, my first Nightlight
