ESC Random Cup Results
In the tightest match-up of this contest Bur Man Laimi wins against Ulveham 169-167. They were tied until the last minutes when Bur Man Laimi took the upper hand and won ESC Random Cup.
In the images above you will see the full 80 songs ranking of the contest. Any results that surprised you? I'm a bit sad that recency bias was a main factor in this, considering all 8 Quarterfinalists were from the 2020's when there were less than half from those years overall.
Thank you everyone who voted in this, i truly appreciate it. This contest achieved the goal of making Eurovision 2026 come faster, the 1st semi is in 3 hours and I'm glad i finished just in time.

ESC Random Cup Grand Final
The last match-up is here and I can't tell who will win. I absolutely love Ulveham but I'll be happy if Bur Man Laimi wins. The songs are quite similar with fairytale vibes so ig this is what the sub likes. The songs are Norway 2024 and Latvia 2025
In the 2nd Semifinal Bur Man Laimi beat Jako 139-92. I didnt really expect Jako to get this far but deserved nonetheless.

The songs from this match are Armenia 2024 and Latvia 2025. Any of these can win but I believe Bur Man Laimi is the favorite is here
In the previous game Ulveham beat My Sister's Crown 171-159 and qualified for the grand final. An incredible run for My Sister's Crown.

ESC Random Cup 1st Semifinal
The songs from this match are Norway 2024 and Czechia 2023 which means the other match-up is Bur Man Laimi - Jako. I have no idea who will advance for the final, my favorite here is Ulveham but can go either way.
In the previous game Jako beat Growing Up Is Getting Old 176-71. GUIGO didnt stand a chance but a very good run for a slow ballad in a fancontest like this.
Looking at the 4 semifinalists there is a clear type of song fans on reddit like. I like them too but I wish a ballad would have snucked in here.

ESC Random Cup Quarterfinals Game 4
The songs from this match are Bulgaria 2021 and Armenia 2024. I think the favorite of this one is Jako tho I'd love GUIGO to go through.
In the previous game Ulveham beat Volevo Essere Un Duro 169-148 in the highest voting match-up (317) and the first one with over 300 votes. It was a very exciting game but Volevo Essere Un Duro is eliminated.

The songs from this match are Italy 2025 and Norway 2024. This looks like an even match-up or Ulveham wins by a huge margin again either one might be tbh.
In the previous game Bur Man Laimi beat Répondez-moi 112-93 and qualified for the Semifinals. Sadly my favorite is out :( but it had a very good run overall

The songs from this match are Switzerland 2020 and Latvia 2025. This might get some recency bias buf nonetheless Bur Man Laimi is one of the biggest favorites of this contest as it won by big margins so far. Might be the end for my beloved
In the previous game My Sister's Crown beat Ai Coraçao 158-100 and qualified for the semifinals. Ai Coraçao had a very good run

The songs from this match are Portugal 2023 and Czechia 2023. A 2023 match-up, I'm pretty sure Czechia is the favorite in this game but maybe Ai Coraçao makes a surprise.

The songs from this match are Moldova 2022 and Switzerland 2020. As much as I love Trenulețul Répondez-moi is one of my all time favorite so I hope it wins. I think Trenulețul is the favorite in this match-up.

In the previous game Ai Coraçao beat Warrior 120-72 and qualified for the Quarterfinals. I didnt expect for Ai Coraçao to go this far but facing much older songs might have played a big role in it. Warrior is unfortunately eliminated
