Jill reveals here that Renee is in a courtship and will be moving to Africa and Sam will be moving to Florida. She also is in denial that everything is good with Tim.
He’s 23, not a bad looking fundie, but it seems he’s going to stay in Zambia as part of his father’s “ministry.” Poor Renee. Esther was forced to give birth at home and I think they are nowhere near a hospital. I’m not going to get my hopes up that they are both questioning their beliefs and will stroll off into the secular sunset as soon as they get married. There will be no fucking it up. Most of the photos are from 2022-2025, but the first two are from about 2 months ago when he was in the gender reveal for the Nurthans. Enoch is Nathan’s nephew and the Nurthlings are Enoch’s cousins.
Anyway, I’m sad and fearful for Renee. John Shrader is extremely narcissistic. He throws tantrums at the drop of the hat and probably takes most of his aggression out on Esther and the children. And unlike Heidi, if Enoch turns out to be a chip off the old block, Renee will have nowhere to go. I hope she hides her passport from him and stashes enough cash for a one way ticket back to Ohio. I have a bad feeling about this.

I’m bored and wanted to share some questions I have regarding this strange family:
Jill is always quick to point out that Shrek wasn’t raised Christian and that’s why he was violent. Timcel was raised fundie and yet he became an abuser. Explain, Jill, because to me this makes it seem like being raised as a fundamental Christian did not make your son a good man. And if it’s down to the individual, what was the point of keeping these children so isolated from the world?
Why did Ma and Pa Noyes only have 4 daughters? Would Jill have been any different if she had brothers and more siblings?
Do y’all think they tithe or do they just get handouts from their community?
Do Jill and Shrek care that 2/4 sons so far would be considered parenting failures? (Nothing against Phil’s mental health struggles but fundies don’t take MH seriously).
Does anyone in fundie-land like Jill? She is so ridiculous, I can’t imagine anyone liking her or her family.
What, if anything, would be different if the Rodlets were 9 boys and 4 girls? Would the older ones still have married? The existing Rodrigues boys don’t seem like much of a catch.
What is going on with Shrek’s family? How does his mom feel about her neglected grandchildren? Does she know about the abuse committed by Shrek and Timcel?
Considering the family history of mental illness and suicide, is anyone else concerned about the younger Rodlets as they age?
Obviously unverified but this sounds very plausible considering they are known to perform that song in inappropriate church settings constantly. I hope someone was filming this.
