How to improve rhisbugly hallway?

Ignore the black bag - I was cleaning up. This is my hallway it's shaped like the Tetris shape Rhode island Z. I'm showing the entrance part of it. It's ugly and has no personality. I've not done much to it since I moved in. I want to make it better but need ideas. How can I make it inviting and beautiful??

I want functionality - space for most used shoes tucked away, a place to put keys and other essentials and a place to hang my jackets, scarves etc. The toilet is right there near the entrance and because of that I want things to be closed off. Can someone suggest colours/wallpaper/furniture/anything that can make this place a joy to walk into? Thanks a bunch!

Living room desperate need for help

Hey guys,

I am getting desperate with my living room design/layout and I absolutely hate it. The plan would to be to ultimately change the TV stand/TV/couch/rug, can even consider removing the dining table because I hardly use it… So am open to any suggestions please ! I also put my terrible drawing of the living room plan.

Any ideas for my bedroom?

So I moved in a few months ago and I feel close to what I wanted but not quite there yet, I love color and maximalism but I feel like the walls are missing something or maybe the colors together? I wanted curtains but when I got them the blinds made it impossible for me to install the rods so I didn’t know what to do. On the right is a tapestry and 55 inch tv and the left is my closet which is white and also looks unfinished and boring. Lmk what you guys think.

Need suggestions for a window less room

Hi Girls,

I am shifting to a temporary room for 6 months, but it doesn’t have a window unfortunately.
However, I want to brighten it up for as long as I live there.

Please please suggest some ideas, links , picture help. Literally anything that would help me out.

I am attaching the picture. (Don’t judge, boys are currently living here but I want to change it once I move in)

ASAP help needed

Doing photos tomorrow and trying to think what to do with the nekkid dresser area. Small art over the dresser, flowers on the dresser? Candlesticks? Any ideas are welcome.

What color rug, dresser and nightstand.

Looking for some advice on rug, dresser and nightstand color. I was thinking. Black dresser and nightstand, and a grayish Persian style rug (maybe the same shade or a shade brighter than the wall. For reference, my desk that’s cutoff on the left is walnut color. Also need new bedding, I was thinking of dark grey matching pillows and duvet cover, and then lighter grey bedsheet or the same one as current. Any other changes you’d make? I’m open to hear it.

My room is too small and it’s depressing

Hello! For context I’m going into my senior year of college and I’m moving into a house with some girls in 2 weeks, but I’m now realizing how depressing this room is including the fact that the window looks at the house next door. It’s 95.5 sq ft.

Please give me recommendations on how to make the room seem prettier/cozier and more spacious, I would highly appreciate it!!!

I LOVE warm tones and lights and colors in a room.

I’m dreading moving in and even considered subleasing, so if there’s anything you guys think could be done to make this room prettier please let me know! (None of the stuff in the picture is mine so feel free to give me furniture recommendations and such) (I also prefer a full sized bed which makes it more difficult I know)

How do I improve my room?????

I want to improve my room and would really appreciate some ideas. I posted a few pictures of how it looks right now.

What would you personally change, add, remove, rearrange, or upgrade? I'm open to pretty much anything layout, lighting, decorations, wall space, etc.

Please be honest and give me specific suggestions on what you think would make the room look and feel better.

(P.s. the purple lights are grow lights for my plants, so I can't move those. Also, dont judge me on how my plants look im trying 😭✌️)

Just moved in how should I arrange my room for hair and makeup?

I’m just moving in and need help arranging my room. I have two closets and want to buy a new vanity with enough space to do my hair and makeup. I’m going for a pink, black, girly Juicy Couture vibe. Where should I put everything?

Design help

I am moving into a new place and I have high hopes of getting this apartment. I’m struggling a bit with figuring out how I want the living room to look and what furniture I will need to get.
I currently have a large corner couch, coffee cart, and narrow broom storage, and a shoe rack shelf.
I would like to have a tv in the living room and a little library/ reading nook.
If anyone has any cute ideas or likes to draw and wants to help please feel free!
I included my own drawing attempts (lol) and the blank photos.
