First RWT appeal denied on my maxed account. Not sure what to do next

I’m honestly lost about what to do next and hoping someone who’s dealt with something similar can help.
My maxed account was permanently banned for RWT Buyer Severe. I genuinely did not buy GP, so in my first appeal I tried to give Jagex actual evidence instead of simply saying “I didn’t do it.”
A lot of my recent GP has come from PvM, raids and splits. I submitted screenshots of actual raids, valuable drops and the trades afterward. One example was a Shadow drop with someone I regularly raid with followed by the GP split. I also included Discord screenshots showing my regular raid activity and that these aren’t just random accounts suddenly trading me GP.
I also raid through communities like WDR, so I’ve raided and traded with quite a few different people. Sometimes I’ve raided with Ironmen who have to pay their splits from another account.
My first appeal was denied. The response basically said they reviewed the account and were confident the offence was correct, but it didn’t address any of the evidence I submitted or tell me which transaction actually caused the RWT offence. It also talked about checking whether my account was hijacked, even though I never claimed I was hijacked. I understand that may just be part of their standard review, but the response felt very generic because none of the specific evidence I actually submitted was addressed.
That’s the part I’m struggling with most.
If Jagex told me, “This trade on this date is what we’re concerned about,” I could go through my screenshots, RuneLite files, Discord messages and raid history and actually explain it. Without knowing what transaction they’re questioning, I’m basically trying to defend every trade I’ve ever made.
I apparently have one appeal left, and I’m scared to waste it by submitting essentially the same evidence and getting denied again.
I’ve also tried Live Chat multiple times. Scaper says it’ll connect me to a Mod, then gives me a technical error and sends me back to a support form.
I’m willing to provide basically anything relevant. I’ve even considered providing redacted bank statements if that would help, but I don’t know how I’m supposed to prove anything when I don’t know which transaction they’re alleging was RWT.
Has anyone had their first RWT appeal denied and then successfully had their second appeal granted? If so, what did you provide differently the second time? Or does anyone know a legitimate way to get clarification from a JMod before I use my final appeal?
