MN Sweepstakes SF 4474 Update

The Minnesota 2026 legislative session has adjourned, and SF 4474 did not pass the House before session ended. The bill therefore did not become law this session.

To the best of current public information, the bill is effectively dead for now unless it is reintroduced in a future session or revived through another legislative process.

Bill SF 4474 aims to ban sweepstakes casinos in the state of MN. It is moving forward without any resistance. If there is any time to speak up, it's right now.
