What kind of technology is the best for a Forensic Chemistry major/ Environmental science minor? My computer just broke and I was thinking of upgrading to either a new laptop or ipad of some sort.

• William Davis, a defensive back for Sam Houston State University, died Saturday, the school confirmed to Chron. Davis' cause of death was not announced as of Sunday evening. 
• Davis, 22, starred in three seasons with Virginia Union from 2022-24, a Division II HBCU program. He earned all-conference honors in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) in 2024, a year in which he tallied 56 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions, and one sack. 
• Sam Houston felt like home from the moment I first set foot on campus," Davis said in February after his commitment to SHSU. "As a Virginia kid that had played every snap of football in my life within driving distance of home, it was important to me that I'd play somewhere where I fit seamlessly into the culture if I was going to be so distant geographically.

Im an incoming freshman coming from El Paso Texas, and SHSU has been such a top pick for me; but I haven’t been able to see much on whether this university has a good forensic science program(s). Anyone here studying such, and what can I expect?

Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone currently living there could confirm whether the apartment has frequent cockroach issues? I’m interested in renting the place, but I’ve seen multiple reviews mentioning roaches, so I just wanted to hear from actual residents about their experience. Thank you so much!😊

1. people say the CJ program at SHSU is really good. is that true?

it’s basically between SHSU and UTSA here in town and i’ve heard not great things about UTSA.😖

I plan on transferring to SHSU for Fall 2026. I’m looking online at what apartments are close to the campus and are the safest with the best amenities? So far two names have come up consistently. Domain, The Armory and The Arbors. I am leaning more towards The Armory because it is about $200 cheaper and closer to campus but I have also read a couple people saying not to live there. The Arbors looks nice and so far i’ve read good things but I’m not sure of the proximity to campus? I do not intend on having any pets but I definitely want a nice fitness area, as well as wifi and washer/dryer included. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.
