I wish Venus were given the sword in the 90s anime too!
It would have given her a little more seriousness at least (in my opinion).

It would have given her a little more seriousness at least (in my opinion).
If so, why only in this film adaptation and not in the 90s anime series?
I would have loved to see more of her leadership in many episodes.

Got this pin from 72workshop.com because I think “Mina Moon” doesn’t get enough credit and appreciation.
Minako x Michiru shipping, anyone? These two pieces were commissions by artist COMT216.
Look who’s guarding my desk ☺️😊 Making sure I make money to buy more of her merch 🤪
What a pleasant ride! It was much more light hearted than Sailor Moon manga and had a comedic tone throughout all the chapters.
The running gag of Minako having like a million "first love(s)" was way funnier than it had any right to be.
My personal favourite was that quarter Russian guy from her class- they actually seemed to have chemistry and Mina was quite sweet in that chapter.
(But Naoko had to break them off somehow, because romantic love is not in her destiny, so hence the out of the blue at the very last page Russian girlfriend of his appeared. Too bad!)
Other than that, the chapters in volume 2 were really solid. The new-idol-being-the-villian chapters were really...not. A bit bland if i dare say. Volume 1 is a 7/10 (not including the idol ones) and volume 2 is 8-8.5/10
Also poor Artemis lol he really is the best sidekick. Very funny.
What do y'all think? Do you agree with me? I'd love to hear your opinions!
