This might be the area that inspired Arendelle 🥰

I‘m currently in Reine, Lofoten Islands in Norway and looking at this place, with the mountains and little islands, this could definitely what originally inspired Arendelle or what Arendelle could look like today.

I adapted a Sailor V (manga) panel to the remake's style; I hope you like it.

Catching the bridal bouquet

As we’ve seen in the teaser, Anna more or less throws the bouquet at Olaf.
I’ve mentioned in a comment that, to me, that was a clever way of avoiding the elephant in the room: How to handle Elsa when the bouquet is being thrown in a traditional way.

That made me wonder: If Anna had thrown it in the traditional way, Elsa would probably have had to line up for it, being unmarried. Now the question is: Would she have tried to catch it or tried to avoid it? Or chickened out of it somehow altogether (ruining the fun)?

Watch out for strange tents in tonight’s solar eclipse!

There’s going to be a solar eclipse across Europe tonight! Remember to protect your eyes with special glasses 👓 and to stay away from strange circus tents that may appear in the sky 🎪 - Those of you being able to see it (the eclipse, not the tent lol) enjoy!

Opening scene with our two little princesses

I hope we’ll get another glimpse into their lives as little girls as opening for F3 (and maybe F4 too).

For F1 we obviously got the accident that kicked off the following events.
For F2 we saw what happened before the accident, most likely at that very same night.

What do you think could be in store for a F3 opening scene? Is there anything you’d like to see?

F3 and F4 to be “more adult”

There’s been rumours about F3 and F4 to be “more adult”. I don’t know whether that’s been confirmed or just speculation within the fandom but I’m curious what your ideas are about what would be covered that’s “more adult”?

Teenagers / puberty

What do you think Elsa and Anna were like during puberty and during their teenage years?

Obviously they had a rather unusual and lonely childhood and teenage phase, and we only see a glimpse of their lives during that time.

But I wonder, like for Elsa, did her powers go haywire especially during puberty, when hormones and emotions go wild? How did she feel about bodily changes and did she talk to her mother about these things? I imagine she was aware of what’s happening but it scared her, not only but especially because of her powers, and she chose to not talk about it.

And Anna, I imagine she was quite the opposite. I wonder if she was actually looking forward to “becoming a woman”, was dreamy about romance (handsome princes especially), was curious about love (and all that comes with it) and probably practiced kissing on her forearms or something.

What do you guys think?

“A little bit of you and a little bit of me…”

When little Anna and little Elsa built Olaf as kids, there’s a song in the stage musical version called “A little bit of you (and a little bit of me)”. This is not included in the movie but we still see them building him together.

Now, I’ve been thinking, after Elsa “accidentally” re-built Olaf later and he comes to life, how much of him is of Elsa and how much is of Anna?

He’s certainly got his happy and carefree personality rather from Anna, but I see Elsa’s wisdom in him too. Generally I see him taking after Anna more but there’s also Elsa shining through sometimes.

What do you guys think?

35 years of Sailor V!

Happy Birthday Sailor V! It’s been 35 years - 3️⃣5️⃣❗️- years since the world first met a 13 years old Minako and witnessed her fight her first battle as the iconic Sailor V.

Originally her first adventure, today known as “Vol. 3 Sailor V Arrives! - ‘Channel 44’ Pandora’s Ambition” was released in RunRun magazine, before it was released as a manga series later.

Pictures are courtesy of Adrian T., who gave me permission to use them. Thank you very much, Adrian!

Bye bye Frozen month 🥲

This was my calendar’s slide for July this year. Loved it and am a little sad that time to turn to August now (going Under the Sea with the Little Mermaid).

Without a doubt, Minako would be a great replacement for Usagi—I mean, as Sailor Moon 😲😏

It looks like Usagi and she might be twin sisters from the same mother—but hey, you never know. 😉😜

But tell me, guys and gals: do you think I'm right, even if it is an unpopular opinion or thought? <( ̄︶ ̄)>

The person Elsa would have become if she hadn’t been isolated and grown up in fear

I found this in a Facebook group and it made me wonder, what kind of person Elsa would have grown up to be if her life hadn’t been filled with fear and loneliness.
What could her life have looked like?

Here’s what I think: As an introvert, she’d most likely still never be as outgoing as Anna, but she might have been a lot more social and would have had actual friends.
She might have focused on art, sports (riding or some sort of skiing), maybe taken responsibility for having these things and activities supported and funded within the kingdom.
She might even have married because she would have met "the one" at one of their balls or banquets or at another kingdom‘s events.
I guess her parents, or her father at least, would still have died early, for whatever reason, so she’d have taken over the throne at a young age anyway (in her 20s).

New short film

I had expected for the new Frozen short film to be featured before the new Disney movie “Hexed”. But apparently, there’s going to be a new “Lilo & Stitch” short film instead.

So now I’m wondering, when will be the new Frozen short film be released and how is it going to be distributed?

It it going straight to Disney+? Will it be exclusive to D23?
Have you guys heard anything about it?

Watching national sports as Queen

With the ⚽️ World Cup happening at the moment (watching the Norway match just right now), I’ve been wondering if our favourite royal family of Arendelle was set in today’s world - or international sport events happened back in their day already - would Queen Elsa and/or Princess Anna (and later Queen Anna) be present at stadiums or pitches or gyms etc to watch Norway’s team (or Arendelle’s team, if we kept things national)?

And more importantly, what kind of spectators would they be? Would they know all the rules and players’ names? Would they shout to cheer them on and jump up to celebrate goals, points etc?

Also, would they wear jerseys, scarves or hats of their teams?

“Stage a little accident for Elsa”

Just saw something on tv about people who staged “little accidents” (either for others or to trick their insurances). Made me think of Hans’ words about staging a little accident for Elsa, once he and Anna are married.

What’s your ideas about what he could have come up with?
