Looking for someone to take over my lease. This cottage is located in the heart of Ocean Beach, just STEPS to the water. It’s a 350sqft studio cottage, rent is $1,995 UTILITIES INCLUDED, and !!!!parking!!!! It also comes with ample outdoor space for all your gardening dreams, or if you want a lounging area. It also has a great sense of community, and the neighbors are incredibly nice. It’s an open concept layout, with vaulted ceilings, and a huge closet with sliding mirror doors to really make the place feel bigger. I’ve had no issues living here, and I hate that I have to move.
