Bmw style 37 wheels from e38 to fit onto e39 74.1mm

I made a yuuge mistake! Firstly I bought style 37 wheels from FB marketplace. Dude told me they were from e39. Brought them home from LA. Weeks later tried to install them to realize it doesnt fit. Did some research and decided I can grind it to fit. MISTAKE. My months of restoration car is shaking violently. I need help anyone with guidance. I might need to redo the bore professionally. If anyone know someone in the San Diego area who can help. Would be greatly appreciated.

Eonon Stereo installation not powering on

Im installing Eonon head unit on my e39. I plugged it in first had no audio. I fiddled with this blue strip on the pig tail and ended up losing power completely. Im not sure what it could be. Certain Fuse, adapter blue strip damaged etc. Could the blue strip in this state cause the no power? If someone could help would be awesome!
