Season 2 of SEHER HONE KO HAI opens like a lotus flower 🪷, fresh, beautiful and oblivious to the keechad around it! Despite the negative energy surrounding this episode, it gave me a new hope that phir se Seher Hone Ko Hai!
I watch SHKH for a lot of things and not just the lead pair! The aesthetics, how well they use everything as a symbol, chahe vo tasbih ho, light sources (khidkiyan 🪟) ho ya aaina 🪞 ho…everything has a meaning. At least I find meaning in these things! Kashmir is beautiful and I trust the SHKH to deliver stunning visuals during this track! Iss show k aesthetics are beyond anyone’s imagination and the symbolism is so striking that it’s hard to miss! ♥️🧿
Mahid’s brilliance as a Mufti walks into a room before he does, his ilm and Deen ki khidmat is widely known and praised! His young age is not a hindrance rather an aid to his cause as he is able to bring religion in its truest form to even the youngsters of the Mashrah! And all of this is told to us via the people who wait for him and then the man walks in! Ufff!
Itne waqt k baad vo Mahid ka theme sun kr raungte khade ho gye! He walks in, crossing the several windows, unfazed by the light seeping through them, unfazed by the loneliness that lurks around him, hands behind his back and a handsome young face drenched in melancholy! Chalta phirta “Khoobsurat haadsa!” 🥺♥️ Takeeer shuru hui aur Mufti saahab ne sab ka dil jeet liya, par unka khud ka dil ek tasbih ko dekh kr dukh gya, vo unn daano ki chamak aur wazan (weight) seh nahi paye! The way he snatched that tasbih out of that poor maulvi’s hand, almost like it was hurting him physically!🙃 Uncle must be thinking “Maine kya kiya and kya mujhe yeh vapis milegi!?” Nope! It goes under the mattress!😑
Mahid explains the relationship between pain and God and how beautifully tells everyone something which he has incorporated in his life, Dard ko Allah ki raza maan lena! Kyunki khuda apne sabse azeez bando ko hi sbse zada dard deta hai! Allah miyan this man will be the death of me! 🥹🥹🥹🥹 Yeh sab kehte huye Mufti sahab ko dikhi neele rang ki tasbih aur bs phir kya tha, sara unbothered nonchalant vala aura thuuusss! Bhavika walks into the frame with confidence! Seher is not the 16 year old girl hiding behind her Ammi anymore! She is a doctor in training, confident, compassionate and a bit khurafati! She uses music to distract a distraught patient and angers her senior! Uff Seher, har jagah tabahi! I like Bhavika and I trust her to give us a mature but still the sassy Seher from the past! We have to understand that Seher has lost her Ammi, she now is responsible for Amaal, is a medical student/practitioner and it has been 7 years! Toh vo 16 saal ki uchalti koodati bachhi toh nahi rahegi na ab! 7 saal mein duniya badal jaati hai toh hmari ladki na badlegi kya! Seher still helps people and still questions authority and tries to find a way around rules to help people! A domestic spat reminds her of her Ammi and she almost runs into Mahid trying to catch the culprit but turns just in time to help the victim! Ab iss se zada Seher character mein kaise rhe! 🤷🏻♀️
Loved Amaal! I feel Amaal’s character will bring in the much needed spark and zing to the episodes! She sounds and looks like the younger Amaal so the casting is perfect. She has the perfect younger sibling energy! Baaton baaton mein Seher ko le kar udd gyi! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ek cheez jo 7 saalon mein nahi badli vo hai Mahid miyan ka gussa aur unka bazaar mein logon ko kootna! Luckhnow ho ya Kashmir, Mufti Usman Noyazi k potey ho ya Khud Mufti-e-Luckhnow ho, Mahid miyan kootenge aur tumhari hi dukaan mein tumko kootenge! Dauda dauda kr kootenge! Shikaare mein tumhara peecha krenge aur next episode mein tumko pakad kar phir kootenge! Ahahahahahah🤣🤣🤣🤣
That kid is a mystery! He called Mahid “Dima” and I think it’s something that only Kaiz calls him and has invented a name specifically for Mahid! Much like Seher’s Jinn k Bhateeje! 🤪

Bhavika is pretty, seems like a good actor, has expressive eyes and is just one episode old! So I am willing to give her a chance to make her own mark in Seherverse! Kyunki yahan sab k liye jagah hai, jinke dil mein mohabbat aur aankhon mein jazba hai, unn sabke liye jagah hai! 😎 (I sound like I am recruiting for a political party 🤭🤭🤭😫😫😫)
A bit of appreciation for Mahid miya because how dare I not! 😜🥰The kind of control P has while playing Mahid! Uffff! Commendable! He can look anything from constipated to evil with the kind of temper that Mahid is shown to have but P makes him look strong yet the eyes scream of melancholy! Aankhon mein dard, chehre par roohaniyat, kandhon par duniya bhar ka bojh aur dil! Haye dil ka na poochiye, uss mein toh sirf dard aur ek malal hai bs, “vaada na nibha paane ka! Kisiko bacha na paane ka! Aur Kisiko chah kr bhi na rok paane ka!”
