Ik yall will hate me for this..but throughout today's ep I was literally swearing at him through the screen. Ik abt ur trauma n everything but stop the rona dhona n just watch that damn video. At one point I was worried that mahid would just ignore it because of how sensitive he is abt his ammi. I swear i was ready to throw a chair at the screen if he even thought of doing such a foolish thing. I'm glad he ultimately got to know that chacha's real face.

The wound on his forehead was bothering me sooo much ..becoz I constantly kept thinking what if this bloody wound causes him to lose his memories n everything abt that video.😭😭😭 pls get him treated asap 🙏 I can't handle that trope 😭

The second thing was husna..I was fearing that she'd throw weapons at mahid n try to stop him from knowing the truth

Considering how good mahid's brain is ..he should hv just thought of making a copy of the video n then use that camcorder as a bait or he could've kept the memory card with him n fooled wasim while rescuing seher.

Ok so, many might not agree with me but I have been noticing, Seher and mahid’s chemistry is a bit dull now. And no, it’s not because of the age thing. It’s not that Mahid has now found out Sahar’s age so he doesn’t look at her that way or doesn’t try to. Because it was there when they first met at dargah after Seher got kicked out, also at the rooftop when Seher confessed, the hospital scenes and when they are locked in the hospital supply room and also when he pays the rikhsha wala for her exams. There was always these eyes full of love and pain. It was there also when Mahid asks Seher’s permission for mangani. Something is missing in his eyes now. That depth. It started around the mangani time. (It briefly came back in that one specific scene in the ice room when he tells her to let the engagement happen) I honestly didn’t even feel it after that during their funny and playful scenes. The whole sheermal scene. The car. Those were all cute but Mahid’s eyes were missing and I am a huge fan of them. And then after too. The dosti tracks. It’s not there. I tested my theory and went back and rewatched some scenes and I felt validated. The chemistry in previous scenes were different. Anyone else feel this way ? Some dryness and lack of depth in expression ? The only thing I can think of is the offline distance seeping into the on screen chemistry 🥲

I watched today's episode early and now I’ve entered that phase where every 20 minutes I’m opening Reddit and refreshing the sub because SeherHoneKoHai and people should start posting soon 😭

I’m sitting here waiting for the reactions & theories, “OMG THAT SCENE??”, people discussing tiny details I missed, and seeing whether everyone loved today’s episode or not. Half the fun after watching has become reading everyone else losing their minds too 😂

Why is wasim after seher? Why does he >!kidnap!< her? Is husna helping wasim now? Also, Dada huzoor using his power to get the inspector to leave didn't sit well with me..Why does he even do that? Are the three of them in this together? Today's ep was unexpected, things are unfolding pretty quickly.

Rishita said "Mujhe Mahid banna tha idhar, so fun" while reading the script.

Not that big of a spoiler but a tiffin box is going to get involved and Seher will ask Mahid to bring the camcorder in that tiffin box.

And in the video Behzad had the long gun?? (idk the name) 😭

Also the set looked different from Niyazi Manzil. Are both Seher and Waseem in a different place or is that a different part of Niyazi Manzil. I think it's that place where Waseem is going to keep Seher and will wait for Mahid to shoot him. 💀

A jhumar can also be seen lying on the ground. Let's see how things are going to unfold.

MY PREDICTION : Only because of that promo of Seher being the state topper, I'm not thinking that there's going to be a leap or a memory loss track. Because why reveal it to the Niyazis that Seher is not "gaon ki gawar" as they thought her to be, only to go with a leap...? And let's say like the og Kizil Goncalar, Mahid suffers from a memory loss, then also it doesn't make sense how our female lead will have the struggle to study because of the revelation of her education. Because if Mahid suffers from Memory loss, I don't think anybody, not even Dada would agree to let Seher stay in the NM.

There are also theories that Kausar would die 💀 isn't that too extreme..? Imagine Amal getting to know that Kausar AUNTY is actually Kausar AMMI 😭 and then Kausar dies. How is Amal going to be okay after that? Yes, I'm also not forgetting about Seher. We've already seen Seher after she sees Kausar in the water tank.

Now, for some wild predictions from my side. What if, hear me out, Waseem also runs away like Parvez 🫢 and by some miracle they both gets to meet each other and plot against Mahid. 💀 And in Niyazi Manzil we will have Haider having to fulfill the role of villain as Waseem is gone now or what if Waseem gets killed by Mahid 💀

Introduce Adnan in the show, the OG mega villain 😈😈😈

The absence of one lead's parent can be made up for by the presence of another lead's parent. Let Adnan terrorize everyone - he'll give a fitting takkar to Mahid and it'll be great to see Mahid winning against a worthy enemy jo saamne se vaar karta ho and jo powerful bhi ho.

Adnan can have some of the community members supporting him. And they can show Dada Huzoor being confused as to whom to support - son or grandson?

Bring on the Mufti politics and the education track (jo writers bhul gaye hai lagta hai).

This Wasim is such a dumb villain that it's no fun seeing haathapayi between Mahid and Wasim. 😐

Since past few episodes it feels like everything in the show is forced? Or am I the only one?? The flow of the story does not feel as natural as it was in the beginning. I had high hopes but they are stretching it unnecessarily. Even now MaHer scenes feels so forced. Aisa lag rha hai k kuch ni hai toh MaHer scenes daal do 🥲

When the show began, the main goal was seher k dreams pura Krna. Her right to education but now it feels like woh topic hi gaayab ho gaya hai. Unnecessary bs about nazima k sath mangni (that felt so unnatural fr). Seher is 16 but uski life me 16 ka koi hint hi ni hai. Even if she is mature for her age, the writers are either showing her "too mature" or "bachkaani" nothing in between 🤷🏻‍♀️

With Mahi leaving the show, how will they continue the amaal, dr fareed track?

I feel like show should have shown the leap instead of trying to find out truth about ghazala ! Maybe leap k bad they both would have together searched about her. The show needed that leap at that moment. And I hope seher isn't shown just 18 after leap...22-23 will be better as by then she might be in the last year of her MBBS, graduating and getting ready for her master degree. That's when her path crosses with Mahid again. That would feel more better in my opinion but it's all upto writers what they will give us..

But I just hope they don't stretch the current track for too long. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So you are telling me, I binge watched 90 episodes in 4-5 days and now it might end soon! Everything is wrapping up. No loose end. Apparently it's reaching it's climax?! Actors are on vacation. Good bye to Kausar? Or goodbye to Seher Hone Ko Hai?

It was so good, too good to be true, mother daughter love, mental health, therapy, domestic violence, child marriage, polygamy, adoption, abandoned girl child, ambitious self sufficient progressive girl lead, anger issues, great character arc, murder, suspense, cuteness, great chemistry, solid acting, story that makes sense and what not, and you are telling me.... That's it? Why god why???😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I'm sad and a bit upset over this news, the show had promised us a story of a mother and her daughter. It's unprofessional to leave the show after 6 months but of course we don't know the reason behind it. I will miss Mahhi

Now i think mahid will loose his memory and wasim will be behind the bars and this will lead to haider being new mufti-e-seher and after the leap it will all start with a fresh story between mahid and seher
I really want this memory loss track because the weird awkwardness between mahid and seher is visible mahid wont be able to love seher…the way they were in the start wont be same … there will be same nok jhok and that love hate relationship.. and seher even if she turns 18 i dont think this child like behaviour is going anywhere 😂 i will be fun to watch

Idk man I was so attached and obsessed with the show but aise lagta hai jitna fans ko iss show ki padi hai makers and actors ko nai hai.. Parth is the only one I feel who has really been too attached to Mahid I feel Rishita is more interested in gaining popularity online

Yeh dosti is turning out to be pretty costly if you ask me… kabhi banduk toh kabhi maachli ke jaal … Mahid wasnt lying when he told seher he had bade bade rassiyaan available … his pitaara is quite the storehouse for props it seems😂 wonder if he was a theatre kid growing up!

Gazala Niyaazi’s case is now officially re-opened. Inspector Dubey lays out the discrepancies he has identified in the reports vs the investigation and the final verdict. Strangulation marks around her neck, but no fingerprints documented… a tad strange …no? A clear indication that the reports or the investigation or perhaps both were tampered with. But given the lack of conclusive evidence it will be difficult to take the case to court. Mahid is on the verge of loosing it yet again… but Seher keeps him rooted to reality. She also snaps ever so politely at potential eavesdroppers… and not mention a cheeky glance or two at ex mangetar naazpoo who suddenly decided her finest organza was destined to clean the mansion windows.

Mahid has a secret room in mind … one that no one knows about, where the duo could plot world domination in peace, away from the prying eyes and curious ears of the household…. My guess is the Bhoolbhulaiya was inspired by the Niyaazi Maanzil, not the other way around, as Mahid so humbly claims. But man, has got to slow down, cause seher’s got little legs! They stumble into the desk that Wasim Mary Kondoed the night before, and find the secret drawer and a piece of white cloth…. The main saboot though is missing… (also is anyone else worried where all the roaches may have crawled to? Cause I refuse to believe Chachi was able to k!ll them all…. Also how did wasim and fahtima not scream bloody murder with that many crawlers in the room…. Haaye Gaaazab indeed!) Well that boils it down.. just about anyone who attended the maangni is now a suspect but coupled with the diary, the sample size is 5 Niyaazis strong…. Waah ACP ji… what a hypothesis… Hi5 to that! (Yes i will allow it… Partners in crime can smack hands)…

Lekin ab pata kaise chalega ki kaun hai woh Niyaazi jisne Gazala ko kataal kiya? Why non consensual CCTV of course! “Daya! Tod do saare darwaze and laga do CCTV sabke kamre mein!” And Daya does… except with waaaaaaay more finesse…. Pyaari bouquets for the members, hand delivered with a smile and a smirk in the background. With phase 1 of the mission successful Daya … sorry I mean Seher, does a happy dance… and Mahid…. Smirks….. he seems both amused and proud that Seher was able to pull this off with little to no help from him. Establishing dosti with the enemies is important…. Cause you gotta keep them close!

The surveillance room is equipt with 2 big screens and 2 keyboards but just the one mouse…. Mahid profusely types away…. Its like he is writing Fortran code.. except realistically he is just watching B-roll SHKH from the director’s chair… (typing se yaad aya, wonder if his interns were able to digitize the dargaah balance sheets and other files)… the room also has a wooden play fort… a relic from Mahid’s past. Seher at this point is clocked out from the investigation and decides to play acting shehzaadi …. She picks up the toy cannon and points it at Mahid for her first Dhishkao (mann ke sacchai galati se bahar aa gaya lagta hai)… Mahid indulges in her dhishkao with a Boom…. His memories of his childhood flood back…. Kelle ke shehzaada, protecting his territory….. but notice how with the increased frequency of his visits down memory lane, he is able to regain composure faster…. Perhaps this is the start to his journey to heal.

A call to the inspector innitiates phase 2 of the plan. Dubeyji is going out on a limb here for Mahid…. Ab iss dosti ke chakkar mein woh career samet duub na jaaye. Seher needs to be reminded that investigation is back in session and she must do her bit to keep an eye out for the mujrim… her playful self takes a backseat the minute she realises Mahid is feeling heavy and anxious. In moments when it matters, Seher is always by his side… physically, emotionally, and even metaphorically.

Today I will write about the quadris because 1. Ignoring them means I ignore Kauser… and that I cannot live with…. 2. Fareed is clearly alive …. He wants to talk to his wife, but ab usse bhi Daya banni hai ….Haaye gazaaab! Are those Divorce papers in his hand? As usual Sultana doesnt listen, doesnt even care… and walks away… At this point just Email the paperwork to her with a court date.. Going back to Kauser, she is working meticulously on a zardozi dupatta (It has occured to me that perhaps the bedding at the Niyaazi manzil that I so lustfully crave may have been made at Barkats workshop! *Books flight to Lucknow!*)…. Amaal visits her and plants Kauser’s tree of hope that perhaps she is Muneera… Based on the timing of the DNA test… Amaals story about how she was found in a parking lot outside the hospital where Kauser gave birth and the timing of the pregnancy…. Kauser would probably bet her day’s wage that she has met her second daughter. Amaal however still sees Kauser as her source of sukoon and not her ammi… she wishes but she doesnt realize it yet. She gives kauser a framed picture of the two from Adamganj, and this only sparks more hope in Kauser… But before she says anything to amaal, she must talk to Fareed… oh boy! Hopefully not another scene where Fareed stands in Maun vratt or attempts 1/2 complete sentences!

How is the story getting so fast paced ? If they find out who was behind Gazala’s murder how will they continue the story? I think they are going to put in Mahid’s memory loss track . And where is Haider ? He is nowhere to be seen

Mahid plays superhost at the Niyaazi Airbnb and hand delivers Kauser and Seher's luggage to the room he had prepped for them. However he looses a star or two on the final rating because the room neither has water nor towels (siiiigggghhhh ye side hustle bhi gaya lagta hain.... Aise kaise miyaan? That new wife is not going to be paying for herself! Focus Mahid Focus!). Thank goodness for seher, because atleast she knows where things are kept in the house. She makes her ammi comfortable (well thats a stretch), but she does extend words of wisdom far more mature than what a generic 16 year old ever could. Kauser doesnot have much to live for in this moment. Her new found freedom is foreign territory. Just like the birds that have been caged for too long, she too has lost her wings, her will to fly. But she should be proud of the daughter she raised! As one child seeks comfort and seeks to comfort her mother, there is another child in the house writhing in his lonliness. All he has are cloudy, poisoned memories and a handful of pictures. Dressed in Cinderella pale, with little 'phanda' and 'murri' blossoms embroidered in ek-taar(Uggghh...heaven for a textile/handwork-paglu like me), Mahid lets his tears flow... this time not in anger, or pain... just dejection. Will he ever know who his ammi really was? Probably not tonight. He gets up, puts his tears and memories on hold, and makes his way to the kitchen for a little midnight snack to help calm the soul. But it looks like seher too has made it to the kitchen with the same idea.

Bilauti they had nicknamed her... makes sense, because she goes straight for the milk. On one hand its soothing to see her at ease in this house. She had stayed barely a month before her marriage was dissolved and she was sent back home.... where forget the kitchen, she wasnt even at peace in her own room. But on the other hand it is sad, because she is but a temporary unwanted visitor here. She knows the khadima's and the household workings better than the man of the house, who at this point is just as unwanted as Seher. The only difference is he doesnt fully see it yet. Mahid is quick (a little too quick and premetive tbh) to come to Seher's rescue. I dont know about you all, but that refridgrator seemed pretty steady to me... so how did the the 2 (gorgeous... yes i love home decor too... bite me) jars suddenly start rocking right above her head? Only the ITV lords can tell us ... but regardless we have are privy to an annkhon mein annkhon moment... cute... if seher were older I'd say get a room... since she is not... Mahid, 2 arm distance dear sir... your arms, not hers.... (it is at this point I decided to rename Mahid, McSmitten and Seher, McKitten).

McKitten has the purrfect nightcap to ease the mind... Khajoor Doodh... Lekin Khajoor hai kahan? McSmitten has no effin idea... yet takes away the credit of retrieving it (another beautiful peetal dabba) courtesy his longer wingspan.... The scene shifts to the pair quietly enjoying the drink under the night sky... (damn those gorgeous cups haaaaayyyeee... cannot decide if P is more beautiful in this scene or his kurta or the cups and dabbas in Niyaazi manzil.... tell y'all what, I will take the homeware and kurta.. and you guys can keep P).

Seher unravels la fabrique du complot (pardon moi French... it has been a while) for Mahid. And finally, Mahid aitbaars on her... 3 women...all terrors... any of them could be behind gazalas death and harming mahid.. (Naaz technically should be excused ... betch is problematic... but she was 4 when Gazala died... and how would k!ll!ng Mahid benefit her).... Seher however adds a layer to the theory ... what if one of the men are behind the saazish... tis a man's world afterall. Surprisingly Mahid doesnt disagree.... he has realised that he is truly alone in this world... not a soul he can trust... no one to love him back...No sukoon in sight. He found Seher, perfect in every way and inappropriate too! He is like the moon, shines for everyone but clouded by darkness. Seher makes a promise to mahid... to always be the seedling of hope in his corner... much like her ammi has been for her... she gives him a khajoor seed to solidify the promise... symbolic... water it and maybe it will sprout... she vows to look out for him. They may be apart in this lifetime, but they will meet surely when they both gaze up at the moon.

The poetry in the moment is interrupted by a crashing desk... Wasim attacked by Husna's paltu fauj of roaches, decides to throw away things that do not give him joy (How mary kondo of him)... why does it seem like he may have done the same with Gazala? The noise scares bilauti ji who is promptly rescued by the McNiyaazis. Seher's endearing nature and ability to talk to the paer, paude, ghar, makan, chuhe, billi at will is not one Mahid Niyaazi condones... he prefers terrorizing the neigborhood instead... until he gets hissed at by the cat.

The next morning, Kauser sits helpless and free. What does she do now? She cannot indulge in her regular chores... nor is she a particularly diserable guest at the moment? She isnt hungry either. Its hard to tell ammi kaun hai and beti kaun hai in the moment. But after sparking umeed in kauser, Seher makes her way downstairs to grab her some nashta.

Mahids exchange with kauser is food for all our souls and his. Kauser recognises that Mahid isnt Parvez... all men are not the same... nek-dil, farishta, one with superior taleem, and perhaps most importantly, a boy with an azeem ammi... Mahid visibly swells in pride as Kauser apologises for judging him using the same lens she used for Parvez... She pats him on the arm.. and khalajaan's touch makes him emotional.... to hear words of approval and love has been something he has yearned for all his life... Kauser emerges a mother figure for him in this moment! Another aurat who perhaps he can attempt to aitbaar on going forward.

Meanwhile Seher is met with unfiltered hostility downstairs from everyone but Dadahuzoor, who is unperterbed by the fact that his very eligible offage grand daughter is unengaged, no suitor in sight. He is busy carbloading and fibermaxing, while the other members look like they are being forced to chew cardboard. DH may not be the most physically present character, but he is well informed (age picche ka script acche se parke prakat huye aaj)... Ammi ko khila pila ke seher sends Kauser off to work, kyunki ghar leni hai, ghar ko khooob sajaani hai and so much more! However because she has the soul of a much older and wiser lady, stuck in her juvenile body, she follows her ammi down the street...Mahid in tow. When caught, her excuse is ready, and Mahid is thrown under the bus in a hearbeat..."kya pata kyun peecha kar raha hai" ... Mahid is new to this game... part of him is evidently enjoying this ma-beti-'beta' trio-ship waaay too much! Being praised, patted, frowned at and scolded.. the attention from kauser is healing... lucky are those who have an Ammi!

While Kauser gets on with work, Seher picks her bone for the day... why didnt Mahid ask Kauser for permission to allow her to befriend and play detective?! Mahid greedy for Ammi-like pyaar, couldnt let the spotlight shift... he didnt have the courage to ask Kauser. In an attempt to even the playing field, Seher climbs a stump only to slip and fall a minute later.... She stubs mahids toe in the process (I am ignoring the look look pull pull... ye bhi 2 arm distance se ho sakta tha)... making mahid question what powers she brings to the table. Height aur agility pe maat jaaiye mahid... Judge her by her dimaag and dil. Taking matters further into her own hands, she brings Kauser out for the jinn ke bhatija to ask for permission... Mahid acting like he is asking for sehers hand in marriage not partnership in crime (solving not conducting) left me gagging... you can still see a flicker of greed in his eyes.. ek adh aur tariff miljaati from khalajaan toh he would have promptly said "kaun seher"... but he plays his cards right, vows to be the dewaar between trouble and the child, and is rewarded by the Ammi with a laugh and a nod... Summer project is officially underway.

Naazima still hopeful that mangni hogi, has dropped her ice princess dreams... if you like it then you should've put a ring on it... but mahid doesnt... guess he doesnt like you Naaz... tough luck... Seher even attempts to question Mahid's depth of Bachpaan ka pyaar, only to be told that its her age that has driven the wedge and ended the marriage... Frankly I did not quite get the second line Mahid said, and it seems like neither did Seher. The episode ends with a bageecha meeting with Dubey ji, who has dug up gazalaa's file ... and evidence suggets strangulation may have been a part of the picture....

You will notice that I have completely skipped the Quadri house scenes, simply beacuse I found them too fckn dumb. Right now in my books, Fareed is like Schrödinger’s cat (he is both alive and dead to me). I will decide which version of him I prefer once we get some more info. And Amaal... colors and burgers dont decide parental lineage... baki, good luck!
