Transportation

hi there!

I’m staying in cabbage town and was curious on recommended transportation to and from shaky. I was thinking of driving into Georgia (visiting from out of state) that way i’d have my car w/me but would rather fly in. Should I look into renting a car since i’m a bit outside of piedmont? If I were to rent a car would leaving it at a marta station be alright or will i end up on the scoop with a broken windshield? any recommendations would be appreciated!!!

thx!

Artist of the Day #33 - Twenty One Pilots

Bio

>Twenty One Pilots are an aerial stunt team based out of Columbus, OH. Flying Lockheed F-16C Fighting Falcons, their live show features genre-mashing synchronized aerobatics, including stall turns, tail slides, and the infamous Cuban Eight. Unlike traditional stunt teams, their work develops a fictional backstory, in which an aviator named Clancy escapes a dystopian city in a Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk.

>Some critics argue that twenty-one pilots is too many pilots. But their intense fan base does not mind, and will often camp out for days in ski masks and red beanies in order to get railed at their air shows.

For Fans Of: The Blue Angels, the Thunderbirds, the Patriots Jet Team

Scheduled: Saturday, 9:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Peachtree (unopposed)

Live Footage: Highlights from the Cleveland National Air Show 2025 OR montage of their ten most insane live stunts

Reddit Take of the Day: "Twenty one pilots has to be the most mid aerial stunt team ever to elicit such a fandom"

First time, biking/scooter parking

Hello all :) this will be my first time attending Shaky Knees. I will be staying near PCM and it looks like the Atlanta belt line is close and goes all the way to Piedmont Park. I was thinking of bringing a bike or electric scooter to travel the beltline to the festival. The map for this year hasn’t been released yet but last year there were two designated locations for securing bikes. Has anyone biked in before? Is it safe to secure bikes at the festival? Obviously I would bring locks but just curious about anyone else’s previous experience.

Artist of the Day #32 - The Prodigy

Bio

>The Prodigy are an electronic dance music band that topped the charts in the 1990s, with smash-hit singles "Firestarter," "Breathe," and "Smack My Bitch Up." Founding member Liam Howlett describes their style as electronic punk. The group crossed over to the mainstream of pop music with an incendiary live experience that approximated the original atmosphere of the British rave scene, while drawing on arena rock showmanship and punk theatrics. Following the tragic death of vocalist Keith Flint in 2019, The Prodigy are returning to the road and planning to release their first album in eight years. Howlett describes its new style as "evil rave" music.

>[Adapted from AllMusic and Wikipedia]

For Fans Of: Fatboy Slim, The Chemical Brothers, Nine Inch Noize

Scheduled: Saturday, 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Piedmont (vs Pavement)

Live Footage: Breathe at Glasto 2025 OR Omen at Coachella 2025

Reddit Take of the Day: [re: their 2025 Glasto set] "I’ve never been so jealous of so many people in a bloody field. If there was a roof it would be gone."

If I have tickets to a late night show is it redundant to see the festival show too?

Specifically I’m seeing Congress and Fcukers. Neither have a particularly deep discography. So I’m just curious what the difference usually is as a first timer.

This is so silly

Hi! First time shaky knees goer. Me and a group of 6 friends will be going this year and we’re very excited! Now the silly part: 4/6 of us are heavy smokers/vapers. We know it’s bad, not here for criticism. On the shaky knees website it says cigarettes and even vapes are banned from entry. What is everyone else’s experience with this? Is this enforced or a rule that they let slide? Thanks!

How hard is it to get from Piedmont to Masquerade?

I’m going to be traveling from out of the area and considering going to two of the Masquerade late shows. I‘m thinking of taking the MARTA there but in terms of getting back to my hotel my friend tells me it doesn’t run all night. What do you guys plan to do?

EDIT: Ok, seems like the consensus is MARTA there and Uber back, which is what I was thinking originally. Thank you all for your input, can’t wait!

Shell out $ now or wait and pray?

I did not have $ and now I have $. I want to get to shaky knees so bad because the lineup is built for me.

Official resale is like $490 right now after fees for 3day GA. Jeez that's steep. But I'd pay it if I have to.. I just don't know if I should wait and see if prices lower or if I can buy one off someone or if I should just buy this now before resale gets more expensive.

😖😖😖

Peach Pit Late Night

Was anyone able to buy the Peach Pit at Terminal West tickets?

I was on the site right at 10, and it told me they were sold out...
