I was listening to outkast and when i checked the album cover i went like "Omg! Its that johnny pose" but then i searched and i cant find ANYTHING oficial by Araki, just some fanarts, that dont even show Johnny in them

Why didnt Jotaro take Josuke to the Kennedy space center and make him touch the universe to reverse the universe reset?
If Crazy diamond can revert things to their previous state, if Josuke touched the universe would it reverse the reset?
