Appearance:
Polka face is a muscular humanoid that stands at 6 feet tall. His body is light purple and has a mushy oatmeal like texture that is constantly churning and stirring. His head is a pink and yellow prism with a singular Giant eye inside.

Powers:
Polka face has the ability to gain the powers that are exactly the opposite of whatever stand it touches. For example, if polka face touched magicians red, it would gain the ability to control ice and snow. These powers only last for 6 and 1/2 minutes before it loses them and needs to touch another stand. If polka face were to touch a non stand user however, things get even weirder. Instead of gaining stand abilities, it physically changes into a regular person and even acts like them but with a flipped personality.

If I win I'd like to see a minor arcana theme (the tarot cards the weren't covered in part 3) aka cups, wands and swords

Appearance: appears different for everyone, but the base form only the user sees is completely blank and featureless aside from the forked toes and long fingers.

Power: limitless

Range: B (about 40 feet)

Potential: limitless

Abilities: fear of the darks has reality warping abilities that allow it to take the form of your deepest fears. This is where the limitless part comes in as it can shape shift into absolutely anything. For instance, if you had a fear of dragons it could morph into one the size of a building in a matter of seconds. Or, for example if Joseph joestar faced it he would most likely see ultimate kars. It could also replicate itself to face multiple enemies at once. This is one of the only stands that is visible to non stands users as it aims to scare everyone away to try and isolate the target. There is an easy way to beat it however, if you simply stare it down and face your fears (easier said than done) it can't lay a finger on you and leaves the user vulnerable once it retreats.
